乾淨、地點好、服務好又有早餐,可惜就是wifi只在大廰才可以用

Clean Room, good location and offers free breakfast. It's really a good experience for me.
But wifi is not available in the room, you have to go to lobby.

Our friend recommended this little business hotel in Osaka. The price is very reasonable and the rooms we stayed in were perfectly fine. Unlike some of the previous reviews, the room I had was modern, clean, and in a good condition. There were 7 of us and our friend said it was cheaper to book 7 single rooms rather than twin rooms. The bed was a queen size and was comfortable and the room is typical of Japanese hotels, small and compact.
The breakfast was good, it was mainly Japanese style as most of the people who stay here are Japanese.
The location is excellent for Shinsaibashi and Amerika-Mura. If like me you spend most of your time exploring the city and just need a convenient base close to the main area then this hotel is ideal.
The only downside is that you need to go down to the lobby to get wifi.
I don't recommend this hotel if you are on a family trip as they don't do family rooms, it's better for a group of friends or solo travellers.

I stayed in Via Inn with my mom last summer for 2 nights. Via Inn Shinsaibashi is close to Nikko Hotel Shinsaibashi, which I also stayed for 1 night. The differences are Nikko Hotel is more expensive, much bigger room, connected to Shinsaibashi station. However, Via Inn is newer, a lot cheaper, also just 3-min walk to Shinsaibashi station, and there is a 24-hour convenient store on first floor. It's a all-in-one hotel. If you are like me, just need a comfortable and secured room to sleep, with good value, I'd rather spend less money on hotel, so I can shop more!

Good location in the heart of Shinsaibashi. You can't beat the Location. Room are typical Japanese Business hotel = small but sufficient if you are out most of the day and just going back to sleep. You will be walking over your shopping bags and luggage. I was staying in the cheapest room. Showing some sign of wear already and no housekeeping after 2pm I suppose so if you sleep in you are out of luck. Will stay again if the price is right. The room are not super clean for Japanese Standards. I can see stains on the table and a fake eye lash left from the previous stay. A plus is a free "breakfast". Don't think a big american buffet breakfast, just some bread and coffee to get you started. Free tea bags are available at the lobby 24/7 which is good.

Read a lot of review that the semi double room of this hotel is extremely small, lucky enough that we managed to booked 4 nights the twin rooms with sitting area, which make the difference. (there is only one twin room per floor, limited supply.)
The bathroom of the twin room is so far the biggest which I have seen in the similar business hotel type, have a separate shower and bathtub area.
Breakfast is free of charge, breads are freshly baked, can't complaint.
Ver close to the subway station, if you have heavy luggage, need to find your way though the department so that you don't have to drag them up or down the stairs.
10 to 15 mins walk to Namba bus station which we took this route upon departure to the Kansai airport, there is a bus stop next door in the hotel Niko, but it didnt fit our schedule as we had a very early flight.
if we go back to Osaka in the future, this is for sure one of the hotel on top of our list.

We stayed for 6 nights in the hotel. Although hotels near Namba Station is more convenient in terms of shopping and transportation, there are more choices near Shinsaibashi which is also a popular shopping district. Located just about 100 metres from the underground railway exit, there are several restaurants nearby. On the G/F of the hotel, there is a 7-11 convenient store. Complimentary breakfast, with a few kinds of freshly baked bread, salad, rice dumplings etc, is provided on the lobby level.

The room was small and we had to think how to put our luggage. Small fridge, water kettle and internet connection through LAN cable are provided (though WIFI is only available at the lobby level).

You can find Hotel Nikko Osaka and Daimaru department store within a short distance.

If you ever go to Osaka then you'll know there's little in the way of cultural visits - this city is all about shopping and food! And, it doesn't get better than in Minami district, off Shinsaibashi subway station - exactly where this hotel is located. The location is, therefore, unbeatable (no wonder the Hotel Nikko is right across the street, just like the central Daimaru Dpmt stores).
Although this is the typical 'salary man' hotel (ie small rooms for a reasonable price) for business trips to Osaka, it offers excellent quality service and amenities. No luxury here, but everything is still near perfect (except for the size of the room - but this is Japan). No restaurant either, just a simple breakfast buffet which is more than enough when you spend your whole day in the city. Highly recommended, particularly if you want to keep some cash for shopping...or for some sake!

Room Tip: Make sure you chose a south facing room on a high floor. You'll get great views of Osaka at nigh...
