Located in the middle of the Namba area. There are many places to eat at, including Western foods, and Japanese foods. The hotel staff were very pleasant and spoke enough English so that we could communicate with them . We arrived before check-in time, (4.P.M.) and they stored our luggage for us. We came back at 3 P.M. and were given the key to our room at that time. The hotel is and easy walk from the Namba subway or train station, but you must exit the underground station at B21 exit. Come up the escalator to the undercovered Namba walk and walk straight ahead about a half block, and hotel is right there on the left hand side just after McDonalds. This is a real busy area, many people shopping and buying food. The hotel is clean and friendly and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Osaka. The room is a fair size for Asian standards and the beds were quite comfortable.
