The hotel is just above the Shin-Osaka Station. The location is great for stopover stay.

Room was small, but clean and compact. The pressure from the rain shower was strong enough to relax all the tired muscles. We had a room from level 14 which gave us a super city view. WIFI speed was strong and stable.

Overall is value for money.

This hotel is located just right on top of the Osaka train station. Although the room was small, it has everything a business traveller needs with a very comfortable and almost perfect shower!! The breakfast provided by the hotel is also delicious. I will be definitely staying here next time when I go to Osaka.

We wanted a place with quick access to the Shinkansen for a short Osaka business side trip from Tokyo. Remm Shin-Osaka was perfect & we were in the rooms 10 minutes after Shinkansen arrival without needing to catch a local train. Check in & check out were handled quickly & efficiently, with automated self-checkout available.

Bedrooms are as tiny as others have reported but the bright white bathrooms are roomier than expected. Great for long relaxing showers / baths after a full day of meetings? The shower is one of the best of any hotel I've stayed in with plenty of flow, water pressure & adjustability.

Closet space is limited & clearly aimed at stays of 3 days or less, but was fine for our needs. We travelled only with cabin-sized bags and larger suitcases would be a tight fit with the limited floorspace. Room facilities are comprehensive despite the compact layout, with everything a well-organised business traveller needs.

The modern room finishes are attractive & durable and should help keep the room still looking fresh in a few years, unlike many typical Japanese business hotels with their dated dark decor.

We booked twin rooms for single occupancy which give significantly more space for only a little extra cost. Breakfast is in the restaurant down on station concourse level outside the hotel entrance. So best to bring everything down for departure directly from breakfast in the mornings.

Room Tip: Westerners may prefer twin rooms for single occupancy and more space

Once you exit the Shinkansen, turn right towards the mall, and Remm Shin-osaka is just there!
Check-in was hassle-free, although the staff seems uptight, Room is very small and basic- a bed, nice LCD TV on the wall, a small desk area with the fridge and bin under, and a massage chair. Bathroom is nice-- rain showers are awesome, and you can see Shin-Osaka as you shower.

Floor feels funny though. It's a synthetic floor cover instead of nice carpets.

Room Tip: pick a high level room and enjoy the view!

Located in Osaka train station, the location couldn't be better. All rooms are located high above the hustle and bustle below, and the rooms are triple glazed, which ensured a very peaceful nights sleep. The room was very small, but the bed was comfy and the shower excellent. I will be staying here everytime I am in Osaka from now on.
