I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room on the 10th floor was spotless, quiet and very nice, bigger than average Japanese hotel rooms. Staff were super friendly and you cannot beat the location if arriving by train or bus. You can catch the tram to Peace Park and war memorial (I walked there and back). Also Dejima and Chinese quarters are not too far to walk.
The room was very comfortable. The location was amazing right in the station and you will find a shopping area with food, souvenirs, clothes, etc. We really enjoy our stay there. The staff was friendly too.
When we arrived in Nagasaki from tosu, we had booked this hotel. We get out of the station, take the escalator up one floor and there you see the JR Kyusu hotel.
The room is big with 2 double beds. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very convenient located. Great in room amenities.

Breakfast is offered at restaurant opposite the hotel entrance. It is a set western or Japanese set. Food is simple but great.
There are shops, bus terminal and taxi within the complex.
Staff speaks good English.
Great location at the train station- easy access to everything. Clean room, decent size with as usual everything you need provided. Easy access to the mall. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfy bed.
If you are carrying lots of luggage like us (coming in by train from a porcelain shopping spree in Arita), or are looking for a place to stay where you are well connected to buses, street cars and trains, this will be a great choice for you. The hotel is modern and super clean. There is a multi- storey shopping center next door with restaurants and fast food stalls. A great option I found is the one-day pass for street cars and for buses at 500 yen each that can be purchased on the street level of the station.
