My wife and I stayed here based on TA reviews. Hard to fault it. Great location, excellent rooms, wonderful staff. And more than half the price of its equivalent in Australia. Highly recommended for couples or families. Didn't bother with their breakfast based on your reviews - so easy to have breakfast in your apartment. And we were upgraded from Deluxe to Executive!

Had a really enjoyable stay here for three nights. After spending a week in Cambodia being looked after by some amazing staff it was nice to have somewhere self catered where I could look after myself again. Staff are efficient without being overly warm, had a room with huge balcony on the 9th floor (909) and was treated to a beautiful fireworks display celebrating Independence Day on my first night at the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms new and functional and the pool area is small but beautiful. They really need to do something about breakfast though, the restaurant downstairs is awful. I know they will say (as they have with previous responses) that it's out-sourced to a third party and they can't take responsibility for it but as long as they continue to be associated with that breakfast buffet they're going to lose marks and attract negative comments. I ate there the first morning and the following two I went to nearby cafe's. Hotel is in a really great location for everything you could want in KL. Recommended.

The room was large and spacious and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is in an ideal location, within walking distance to Petronas Towers and the Pavillon. The downfalls would have been that the pool was not heated and we couldn't swim (and this was in the summer), also the lift keys were temperamental and would not always work. Also, the spa area is separated by gender and therefore not good for couples wanting to spa together.

Dear Mini_Harro,

Thank you for your comments. Malaysia with its whole year tropical climate is ideal for outdoor swimming pool under the sun. Our indoor heated spa dip pool is separated for males and females in order that all guests can enjoy the common facility with privacy. Nevertheless, your preferences are noted and we look forward to your return visit on your next holiday in Kuala Lumpur.

Apartment of good size, bed comfort excellent, free wifi most welcome. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped but surprised no dining table for which there was space.
TV channel selection lacking. Location good for KLCC shopping and in general.
Poor maintenance, the kettle did not wok, the curtains did not close completely, both should be checked as routine inspection.
Did not have breakfast and glad because the selection looked very poor.
Pool water was amazingly cold and not just my thoughts, other guests commented.

Stayed only for a night for a business trip in KL last April. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to KLCC and good reviews from other guests. Definitely a good decision. I arrived at the hotel quite late since my flight were delayed. The check-in was quick and the hotel staffs were very gracious and welcoming. My room/ suite was amazing. (see attached photos).
Unfortunately there were no 24hours room service or deliveries. Good thing I had brought some snacks. There were a few establishments nearby but since I was alone and I had an early meeting the next day, a room service would definitely be better. Hope they'll consider it next time.
Overall a wonderful hotel and definitely a place I would consider if I was staying in KL for a longer term.

We booked our Studio Executive room on the hotel website after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. Location was a very important criteria in our selection - very close to the KLCC as well as Bukit Bintang.

Room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, a separate sitting area and a kitchenette. It was good to have a functioning kitchen as we stayed with our toddler. Service was very good and every request was attended. Bathroom was spacious with a separate bathtub and shower cubicle. They have a self use laundry (tokens to be bought at reception) which worked well. Pool had a decent view over KL. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. We also tried their room service and the food was good.

Overall an excellent stay and would recommend highly. We will certainly stay again when in KL.
