“Great Room and Location”
Reviewed 13 August 2014 via mobile

This hotel is our favorite in KL. Booking, Checkin & Checkout was seamless. We had a clean, quiet room, with everything worked ok. The location is perfect close
to monorail, bus station and Tang City Food Court.

It's one step away from Chinatown, we only stayed for one night before our trip to Taman Negara but the hotel was very helpful in waking us up when we overslept and nearly missed our trip departure haha! Good clean rooms and friendly helpful staff, would recommend anyone travelling with Han travel to Taman Negara to stay here as it's conjoined with their main office.

Had one of the superior rooms in the 10th floor. The room had a nice layout, but they lacked a lot in the finish. Parts of the wall were spackled but not repainted yet and there were a lot of dust on everything higher than 1,70 meter. Like the shower head, on top of the tv etc. Everything below this was spotless, so they need to buy a small ladder for the housekeeping department.

From the windows in our room we saw most of Petaling Street, the top of the Petronas Towers, the Tv tower, the really large flagpole and the Maybank building. As these are all the Landmarks I can think of in KL, I have to say the view was pretty great.

The price for our room included breakfast, but this was so sad that they should just skip it, and make the room 2 Ringit cheaper. You'll find so much good and cheap food less than 50 steps from the hotel anyway.

Service was ok, but it took a long time to check both in and out, even when there were no other customers there at the time. Will probably not stay here again, as I think I'm done with that part of the town.

Room Tip: Get one in the higher floors, as the view is pretty great.

We have stayed here many times and are very happy with each stay. The location is ideally located to Monorail, Taxis & Buses. The Hop On Hop Off Bus has a stop at the front of the hotel. Try food at Tang City food court around the corner.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a value for money hotel and centrally located. The rooms aren't flash but they are clean and comfortable. Staff are very polite an helpful. The breakfast is very basic, not much of a selection. Located right across the road from the night markets and only a short drive to Atmosphere 360 and Patronise Towers. There is a fantastic restaurant right on the corner of the night markets which is cheap and delicious.

Room Tip: Choose a room higher up to limit street noise.

It was a good hotel, I got a 1 person room. It had everything I needed, bathroom was really clean and good. The place is great, walk out the door, cross the street and you enter Jalan Petaling, Chinatown. Most things are in walking distance or 5 - 10 minutes cab. Great!
The building is really high so you can get a good view over the city. First stay I did had breakfast, don't take that. In front of it you can get great dumplings, so much better!!

This hotel is a nice place to stay it is central to Chinatown area and very close to Pentaling street and the night markets.
The staff at the hotel are well mannered and polite the rooms are clean and tidy not the biggest rooms but still comfortable
Breakfast is ok, the food is tasty enough.
The hotel is walking distance to many attractions and the train station
Make sure you visit the Batu caves while you are in KL.
