State of the art, close walking distance from the Twin Towers across the park at the back of the towers.

ok,first, don't expect too much..it's just a small aquarium but there are so many things you can see here.
try to walk slower so you won't end up spending less than an hour there like me.
when we were there,we thought it's a huge aquarium but it's actually quite small.
good news are..it's clean and new.I suggest you refer to the feeding time before you go..so u can see all the fishes coming out for food.
nice experience!

Thank choyling

I must say coming from the UK and being able to experience a holistic fun day out that the whole family could enjoy at a fair enjoyable price was great breathe of fresh air.

First off the entrance fee was fair and the ushers were very helpful. Malaysians are priced different from tourists, it was 50 rigits per adult. There was no queue as once you buy your ticket you just go in but this was on a Sunday. Anyway they close at around 7pm so you'll have lots of time to slot in visit whilst at klcc.

There lots to observe from insects, toads, snakes lots of amazing fish and some fish are allowed to be touched. They have scheduled feeding times to watch, and a conveyor belt that you stand on as you take an under the water view of sharks and sting rays etc. We were there for a good hour and a half. But a thoroughly enjoyable place for the whole family.

Bring a bottle of water . , 1Qand there are some seating areas inside near the jelly fish.
ok
There is a lift floor prams and disabled people so be sure to ask an usher if you need to use it, as they have a special swipe key for the lift. Both children and adults will enjoy this, it's worth doing if you are going to klcc for shipping etc, as part of your day in that vicinity.

I compare the HK aquarium to KLCC Aquarium. Both also pay almost same price. HK aquarium can spend 3 hours.

Fisher types was not many. Suprisely this expensive place was poorly manage by some kids. Sad Malaysia!

Beware of KLCC traffic expecially on Friday evening 5 to 9pm. Visit earlier and get out earlier. My personal experience was jam 3 hours for 20 minutes ride.

Greetings Bong S
Thank you for the feedback. We are aware that traffic on the Friday you mentioned was more than the usual, however we would like to highlight that we have no control over traffic in the city centre. Our aquarium is actually within covered walking distance from various shopping malls and hotels and also light rail transit via the KLCC LRT station.

I have visited Aquaria KLCC twice in year of 2012 and 2013 also compared it with Sydney Sealife, Jakarta Ancol Aquarium, Hong Kong Ocean Park Aquarium, Singapore Sentosa Island Aquarium. I find that Aquaria KLCC is still the best with various types of fish and sea lifes, clean place to visit, easy queue even though crowded and relaxing journey to view , able to seat in between, amazing sharks. Attached with clean washroom and cafes.
