We spent 5 nights in D-Villa Residence in KL. It's a nice, clean hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I was staying in a room with nice view of KLCC with suitable price. However, buffet breakfast is absolutely poor. However, if you are looking for a nice, clean hotel with average price, D-villa residence are highly recommended.

Last minutes surprise when They charged 10% on the 'total amount paâyble' that booking.com informed us on booking confirmation.
Apartment is large, decent standard. Kitchen is set up for westerner, so when I asked for 'bowl', not available, in an Asian hotel. Close to downtown, can see twin tower from my window. Morning buffet is absolutely poor!

For value of money it was ok. But security wise, it was very concerning. We park our car at the carpark hotel and our car window was smashed. And didnt get any help or response from the hotel itself. So for those who drive foreign car, please be extra careful.

Dear Valued Guest,

We are sorry that you had a less than perfect stay at our hotel. As we mentioned before we are a hotel management company and the car park is managed by building management. As such, notices were placed at the car park entrance and at other strategic places to inform our hotel guests that they park their car at their own risk. As a hotel management company we are limited in our jurisdiction on the unfortunate incident that happened to you.
Since your incident, we have reviewed the situation with the car park operator and they will be working on increasing the number of CCTV cameras at the basement car park as well as to tighten the overall security of the complex area.
We are very disappointed by the whole situation and how it has given you a poor impression of our property and your overall experience in Malaysia. We would like to invite you to return to us for a complementary 3 days 2 nights stay at our hotel. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance to make it up to you.

Friendly and helpful staff, value for money, excellent location.
Pool has amazing view to Petronas Towers, the apartment was nice and the food tasty. The "Canadian pizza" at the reception area was delicious. Also close to the embassies
The only negative was that the bed was a bit small for my size.

The place is tired, needs some renovation and TLC.
The staff were lovely and helpful and the room had all the usual bits you get in a hotel.
Sadly no double bed only 2 singles pushed together which is not so romantic when you get a couple of nights with kids in own room!
Fittings in and around the place were old, chips and dints all over the place, shower door broken. But HUGE fridge in kitchen area.
Also the TV channels were very few and the picture was so terrible you could not watch it, so bummer for the kids in the early morning. Internet via a cable only which is a bit 20th century these days, WiFi did not seem to work to well in the Lobby either.
But 2 rooms a pool and some internet this close to KLCC for $100 a night is great value.
The breakfast was inedible, the Pizza Outlet was pretty good and good coffee, the selection of shop and business outlets were tired, and sad looking with several empty.
I may not use it again until it gets a facelift but I would recommend it to others because of the value for money if you need 2 bedrooms. Also better if you have older kids so you can get out and about around KL

Dear Sir,

We are sorry we did not capture your request for a double bed in your Agoda booking, otherwise we would have given you a different room configuration upon your check-in.
As for the condition of the hotel, we are pleased to inform you that as of October 2013, we are entering into a new phase where we will be overall upgrade of all rooms' interior.
With regards to the poor pictures of TV channels, there was a problem with TV reception not only for your rooms but for the entire building. We have since then called the Service Provider to sent their technical people to fix the problem.
We are also working with the F&B Department to upgrade our services and the improve on the our breakfast offerings.
We appreciate your feedback and we thank you for your comments. We will take the comments into consideration in order to provide better services to our guests.

We decided to stay here at it was close to the city and some of the places of interest. The deco is old and the hotel needs refurbishing. I was truly disappointed as the rooms were not clean, as is was dusty and the floor dirty. At the very least, cleanliness should be looked into.
