“Hotel for nearby hospital”
Reviewed 16 March 2014 via mobile

Perhaps the only reason one will recommend this hotel is if one has an appointment at IJN (Heart Institute) or for someone who has relative admitted to Hosp Pusrawi (basically the same management), other than that no good point to mention. It is ok if it is a budget hotel, but it is not, the room price is rather expensive compare to the room & service it provided.

It was a good hotel when it opened but not during my recent visit. Rooms are not really maintained. Staff are not smiling. Breakfast? It is bad considering that it is not a budget hotel. Will I recommend it to anyone? Yes, if you need to be near Institut Jantung Negara (Heart Hospital).

They need to improve their service if they want to continue running the business.

The only pros is the Hotel is just a cross way from Institut Jantung Negara (IJN), hospital for heart failure disease.
Breakfast provided standard.
This Hotel need to review their's employer hospitality manner, Staff at restaurant rarely greet the guest that entering resaturant for breakfast and rarely show smiley face.
After Housekeeping clean up the room, they forget to put on shower curtain back to its place. Even this Hotel do have advantages because near IJN, but to forget hospitaly for 3 star hotel is not encourageable.

room: Big and nice and also clean... 1 queen bed and 1 single bed.. very comfortable. so far this room makes me sleep more than 9 hours. Hahaha... maybe due to its quiet environment.

bathroom - limited amenties but the hotel refill our shampoo and bath foam. stand shower.

dinning - LIMITED choice. food average.

location: came with friend who family member need to review at IJN. good stay as we don't have to rush for the review treatment. hard to get taxi

Room Tip: Good place for people who wish to review at IJN as it located DIRECTLY to it

As previous traveler said, the reason I stayed at this hotel is because it is convenience. The hotel is directly opposite of IJN. The rooms come with free parking, and free breakfast.

Unfortunately, even with windows close, the noise from highway can be clearly heard. So I transferred to room facing the back. Is much better but the toilet faucet is not flowing well and leaking. And I found a small cockroach crawling on the table.

Since the nearest business at night is the Petronas's Convenient Store nest door (other restaurant is >1km away), my family and I had dinner at 2nd Floor Cafe. There is nobody but us at 9pm. The food is okay but abit pricey. And again, is convinence so we ate here.

The breakfast selection is limited with local varieties. Coffee is horrible and overly sweet. The fried rice I had was very salty. No orange juice, cereal nor milk provided.

If you arrived after 11pm, the elevator will be closed. You have to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to the lobby. Not good for travelers with alot of luggage.

I would not consider and recommend this place for leisure or business purpose.

Room Tip: If you need to go IJN, this is the most convenience hotel.

The only reason I can imagine anyone staying here is if they need to be close to the National Heart Institute (Institut Jantung Negara). This hotel is run down, poorly maintained, and being next to a busy highway, extremely noisy. Sink drain stopped up, 1950's vintage TV, light fixtures that are falling off the wall. The staff is pleasant but unprofessional - parking and hotel access is a nightmare. I've stayed at five hotels in the KL area and this is one I don't want to ever revisit.
