Very basic but clean. Nice beds. Good and friendly service. And the location is just superb. There is a 7/11 across the street and many shopping malls just few minutes away. Good value for money. Wifi was good. Would stay there again.

The biggest advantage of Ambassador is its location. Located right in the center of bukit bintang, it is a value for money deal.
Hotel is clean and internet works like magic.
They have competitive rate, staff is friendly.

Stayed for two nites at the end of August, during their independence day. A very straight-forward, hassle-free accomodation, if you need somewhere to crash for the night.
Rooms are pretty clean. A lil bit old in almost everything, such as towels, blankets, bedsheet, tv...but it does the job well, I must say. But dint expect to watch tv most of the time, coz its pretty an old model and out of ten, only four channels are available. Rooms are big enough for luggages and for you to move around.
Toilet is small and a lil bit dimly lit, but hey, I did my 'bizness', shower and brush my teeth with ease. A lil uncomfortable, but did its job perfectly. Supplied soap, shampoo and shower foam too, but no toothbrush/toothpaste, comb and everything else.
Location wise, I feel like I'm in the Middle East. Arabic restaraunts and people almost everywhere near the hotel. There's Pizza Hut nextdoor on its right and Texas Fried chicken nextdoor on its left. But then again, the hotel is perfectly located right-smack in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to almost everywhere. Berjaya Time Square, Lot 10, Sungei Wang, Farenheit, Pavillion, H&M, uniqlo, Sephora, and even KLCC! Unless you wanna go further, like Masjid India, Petaling Street aka Chinatown, u gotta get a cab, which is like almost everywhere.
Overall, THE Best hotel for short stayers and back-packers. Not for those who intend to stay long and with huge families, despite their attractive price. A better 2/3-star rated, budget hotel compared to the rest!
Two words: strongly recommended.

This hotel located only 5 mins from Bukit Bintang monorail and the building is easy to find. Me and my 2 friends stayed in family room only for 1 night. The room actually nice, clean and pretty wide, different from I thought it would be. Overall, it's a comfortable hotel to stay in with reasonable price + free Wi-Fi! Also, due to its strategic location, you can go to many shopping malls in Bukit Bintang by just walking. It's near to everywhere! Even The Twin Towers (Petronas) can be reached by walking about 20-30 mins.

It is a 3 Star Hotel. The rooms are big enough for your bags and to move around. The beds are really big and comfortable. The service provided is really great!! There is actually a check to see if house-keeping has cleaned your room. I paid them and at 1.00 AM they actually went and got me water and some snacks. The food at the restaurant is not good though but, they have shisha and tea at only RM 10 and there are awesome Arabic Restaurants exactly opposite to the hotel. The Hotel is just 5 minutes away from the HUB: 'Bukit Bintang'. All together, great experience!

Room Tip: The standard double-bed rooms are awesome!

You will find everything you need but there is nothing much to expect inside the hotel. Clearly, it is just a place to stay in the middle of the city, although I have to say that the hotel staffs and WIFI quality is great. Breakfast was quite bad and I would rather eat somewhere else.

The location is awesome! Close to the monorail, close to shopping centers, close to many restaurants and walking distant to the Petronas Tower and menera.

Location, location, location! Monorail station Bukit Bintang in 3 min walk, shopping malls, restaurants and bars, walking distance to Petronas and Menara. The hotel is just in the center of everything. Wi-Fi here is great as well. Everything you need you'll find here: A/C, LCD TV, minifridge, comfy bed, electric kettle, tea/coffee (but to get water you need to go to reception). The bathroom is not a huge one but that was not a problem for me. towels and bedsheets were a little bit old but still clean. From my window I could see Petronas and Menara! Staff was friendly. I was staying before in the hotel nearby which was more expensive but there were problems with Wi-Fi. Next time I will definitely stay in Ambassador! For that price and for that location that's the good choice.

Room Tip: Don't take Breakfast. They will minus 10 MYR from your bill and you'll have a lot of options...
