Location of hotel is not that great unless you've got something on in Bangsar. Rooms are huge and clean and decent views are possible (but it is impossible to have an unblocked view of Menara KL or KLCC). The breakfast buffet was very underwhelming but room service food was not bad. The wifi speed in the rooms is extremely slow.

First Pullman in Kuala Lumpur. The stay was pleasant being a new hotel. Stayed 2 nights however on of the days the housekeeping was slacking a bit coz tidying the room was not properly done. And no replenishment of mineral water. When I ask for it they replenished twice!
Deco, bed and etc were good. Check in check out speed was fast.
The minus point is the location. Very odd location and difficult to find nearest provision shops and the nearest train station is 10-15 mins walk away.
Overall it's good service as Pullman always projected!

A beautiful new hotel but lacks the convenience of a central location.
Check in was a little slow but we got there in the end. The Reception staff were friendly especially Fais who went out of his way to be helpful and even give us an upgrade into a suite.
If you wish to eat outside the hotel, you have to catch a taxi. For some reason, you can only get a blue premier taxi which charged inflated ('tourist prices'). Budget taxis are discouraged by the concierge staff to approach the hotel, they are waved away when they approach the porte cochere.
All in all, the rooms are comfortable and the sleep quality is excellent. The rain showers were sensational.
The trade off in this hotel is the lack of location compared to the great room ... It is a hard choice ...

This hotel was good in terms of VFM (Value for Money) , however it should be taken care that business or leisure trips should be assigned rooms accordingly. Mirror in the room makes it look big.Breakfast was a good spread of continental and asian cuisine. However fruits and juices shall be more in variety.The free shuttle service is of-course good but the concierge desk staff is not equipped to handle guests, at times. There was no info on SUNDAY whether shuttle is available or not. Some said yes some said NO, ultimately i had to resort to contact the Duty manager to intervene.The bathroom is awesome and the gadgets used are so new and unique.Toiletries are of best quality i have ever seen and used.They should offer heavy discounts to at least guests who are frequent flyers for airport pick up drop or at least to those who have Mariott and other group hotels membership cards.....This will really add on to their service levels. No need to give every time SIC basis they can also offer minivan or APV sort of vehicles wherein 4-5 people can be accommodated easily.Staff at reception and at the bell desk are very very cordial and supportive....
