When we booked the hotel it was 139 RM per night but when we arrived it became 150 RM and no breakfast. Rooms are extremely small. Trust me you can find far better hotel for less price. So please dont get fooled by names and stars.

Stayed here whilst in KL and was regretting it with 5mins. The person on the front desk has to be the rudest person I have ever met. Totally different from what I had experienced in the rest of Malaysia.

Made me feel like I should almost apologise for inconveniencing him by staying. When I got to the room the bed covers were stained, the room was dirty and smelt, the curtains had to be kept closed as there was building work right out our window, there was no warm water, so cold showers only and the noise outside kept us from sleeping at night. The shower was also blocked so the water from the shower just covered the bath floor.

We then discovered that the breakfast we had been expecting was not available. Upon asking why this was the case and if there would be a reduction in the room price as a result, we were given no apology and told by the person on front desk that the hotel had no obligation to provide breakfast even though it was promised as part of the price when we moved in.

Booked out of the hotel after couple of days and moved into a hotel further up the road that was cheeper and a far superior hotel.

The door handle of the hotel even came off in my hand when I was leaving.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, which is saying something.

How can this hotel be a 3 star? Worst 3 star hotel that i have ever booked.
This is a 1 star nothing more. I am still thinking about how this hotel can have 3 stars.
Breakfast....useless.
And do not take the rooms that have more price. Then you have i window and there is traffic all night and day just half a meter from your window and the bad curtains is not helping to block the lights from the cars

We arrived in KL from SG at 330 am and we were accommodated in this hotel right away with a very reasonable price. They gave us a room for four pax for 100RM. We stayed for 5 hours only in this hotel. Very nice people. For those coming from SG, get off at Berjaya Time Square bus stop and this hotel is just a few steps away. Just ask the restaurant near the bus stop, and you can walk from there. No need to take a cab.

Safe and clean hotel.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Even with construction going on very close we could not hear a thing. Was supposed to have breakfast but that was changed to dinner which was really good. Close to all the malls.

the hotel quality is very bad overall besides the strategic location, the staff are very very rude. no manners, not helpful, their attitude is too ugly toward every single costumer. rooms are tiny and smelly. walking in the lobby you can smell the dirt, definitely not recommended.

Travelled with my family to the hotel. The location is good, but I had a terrible experience with the hotel. My family book one family room, but the room was being occupied! End up we are given 2 rooms for a family of 4.

1.) Room is not clean, the floor is Oily.
2.) the pillows and bed were smelly.
3.) during my stay, the water supply was cut off from my room.
4.) Noisy, as I can hear foot steps, phone ringing, shouting, and.. etc..

Not recommended for this hotel to stay.
