I've just returned from a 3-night stay in this hotel. The hotel offers excellent value for the money. I had a room at the 18th floor, it was huge with a marvellous view onto the Petronas Twin Towers, equipped with an iron, ironing table, electric tea cattle with a selection of tea and coffee. The bathroom was huge as well, it had both a shower cabin and a bath-tub and a toillet in a separate small room. The hotel staff is extremelly kind and helpful. As soon as you ask something from your room over the phone, they immediately send someone to help you. Breakfast offfers a variety of food and different cuisines. You simply cannot be hungry there. I only didnt' like bread and rolls, but it is not up to the hotel, that is how they taste in the country. So, I recommend toast for breakfast. The reception area and the lobby cafe look really luxiourous. On your arrival, you get a voucher for a free of charge 10-minute massage and a tea in the hotel spa. I booked a 60-minute massage and it was woderful, I reall enjoyed it. There is also a big fitness room next to the spa, which I didn't try. I tried the swimming-pool, which is not very big but still big enough for a city hotel. The hotel location cannot be better. It is in the walking distance from the Petronas and KLCC. There is an excellent shopping mall (Pavillon) in a 5-minutes walking distance from the hotel.
I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights through FNEtravel.com - a chinese travel website whose payments are routed through asiatravel.com, at USD 67 per night nett including breakfast! although fnetravel did not have immediate confirmation, it took 4-5 hours for the process to complete i.e. request to payment and receipt of voucher that too on a sunday, so a big thumbs up for fnetravel.com also.

back to the hotel, arrived at around 1 pm and immediately given a non-smoking room. the room is sufficiently big and pictures by other reviewers are quite accurate. the aircon controls worked well. we are not very demanding guests so cannot comment on various services (no stress testing) however the rooms were made up daily without trouble.
the breakfast is great, choices for all palettes with attentive service staff. had a dinner buffet one night and it was elaborate as well, the number of desserts was mind boggling.
location is great. if the side entrance (ballroom entrance on jalan nagasari) is open then one can walk to the heart of bukit bintang within 10 minutes. you will pass the "world famous in KL" nagasari curry house on the way as well as the fashionable eateries (frangipani, thai 26, gypsy bar, etc.) on changkat bukit bintang.

bottomline - this hotel is great, if you can get the deals around USD 60-75 it becomes awesome.

Stayed for 4 nights in a Club Room. Very friendly and helpful staff but was disappointed with the standard of the room. The room decor and ensuite were in need of renovation and we were put right next to the lifts. This meant we had a really poor view out the back of the hotel. Only advantage of the club room was access to the club lounge which had free wine / spirits / beer and nibblies from 5:30pm to 7:30pm but otherwise it is a bog standard room.
Hotel location was good with many of the main tourist spots nearby and also the monorail.
The hotel was reasonably priced but I expected much more as it was rated as five stars. I wouldn't stay here again - I would pay a little more for a more modern hotel like the Westin.

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed this hotel very much, the pool was great and the lounge bar area was beautiful. Whenever we had had enough sight seeing we retreated here to rest, we found it a real oasis amongst the chaos of the streets around it. it is very well located for sight seers. Not far from Bukit Bintang, the Petronas Towers or China Town.
We were given a compimetary breakfast on arrival(7am.)-very delicious and a two for one deal on the buffet dinner, each night which was also very good..
My only complaint was the hairs that were not ours on the bathroom floor.
