Stayed for 3 nights at 1 bedroom apartment. Was impressed by the room. Very spacious apartment. It does have rice cooker, microwave, oven and fridge in the room.Near to Pavilion shopping centre. Just right opposite. about 10 to 15 mins to KLCC convention centre. And if to KLCC shopping centre, additional 10 mins need to be factored in via link bridge. No free wifi for apartment. Only cable internet is free, Wifi will need to be charged RM50/24hours. Complementary drinking water only on the first check in day. Tooth brush only upon request.

Great hotel in the city centre, 2 bed apartment one of the biggest I've stayed in with sweeping circular window overlooking skyline and very clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice, pool a little small but adequate. Service very good from check in to check out, can't fault this hotel and would stay again next time I'm in KL

Room Tip: Higher rooms have great views.

The hotel was recommended to us by friends. the hotel had large room, great customer service. Was ideally located near some of the megamalls. Buffet breakfast was value for money.looking forward to my next trip to KL and to stay the Prince.

This is my second stay at The Prince and this time I chose to stay in the Residence. The one bedroom apartment was very quiet despite the building site next door which may eventually screen out the distant views. The staff are very supportive and always smiling. Try the Pool Bar at around 5 pm for an amazing view of the daily downpour and thunderstorm.

I have chosen this hotel several times on my visits to KL since it is central to the Golden Triangle and KLCC is within easy walking distance. The hotel is modern, smart and clean.
It is advisable to choose a room package which includes breakfast and to ask for a room with views of the Twin Towers or a room on a higher floor.
The breakfast buffet provides a good choice of Asian and Western food and the service is quick and friendly.
The only down side I experienced is in the hotel's billing (and I have had to raise queries on more than one occasion). Check you are billed exactly for the services you received. This time the check-out staff wanted to charge me for a breakfast I had already paid for. Last time, the price quoted for breakfast at the desk was not what I was charged on departure.
To be fair, the reception and check-out staff always seem under pressure since there are never enough on duty to cope with the flows at busy times. The management needs to think about how they handle this.

This is my 4th time stay at Prince. I am disappointed at how the reataurant staff, Farah, treated me with lack of professionalism. Using a complimentary voucher and insisting me to take the platinum membership from the room just to show prove on the previous occasion and again last Friday's dinner telling me off, as guest not to forget again, is totally unacceptable baring in mind coming from a 4 hours drive from Singapore. She again took the surprise away from my planned surprise Happy Teacher's day birthday cake to be presented to my table. I felt belittled and insulted at her treatment.
On another occasion, my laundry, as executive client, had to pay for the services instead of the promised complimentary service and the misunderstanding on express service had delayed my drive back home (Thanks to Eleena who was kind to assist in resolving the misunderstand).
I hope Prince will refine their processes and hope that such instances will not repeat again. If such services cannot be resolved, Im afraid I have to go to another hotel from now on
