I recently traveled to Kuala Lumpur and stayed at this hotel. This was already the 5th times I have stayed here. The 1st night at the normal room and 2nd night at the club room. It was 9.30 am and they allowed me to checked-in, it was fantastic. Both the staff at the main reception and at the club lounge were very friendly, attentive and thoughtful. This hotel is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, very convenient and accessable to major shopping centre and restaurant. The Pavilion Shopping Mall is just next door. Fahrenheit, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza..all are within 5 minutes walk. Perfect place for dine and shoppoing. Will certainly return to this hotel whenever I visited Kuala Lumpur.

This hotel is right in the middle of the happening, it's location is amazing near to everything, walking distance from pavilion, Fahrenheit 88 is across the road, the street with all bars is right there, bank beside you with 24 hour ATM. The gym is decent with some Cybex treadmills and pool is nice. Room service is good including the spa.

Room Tip: There is a construction near to the hotel, it is annoying in the morning, ask for a room away from the construction

Spent a few nights there over NY Eve. The location of the hotel is very good, you can easily walk around, get on the hop on hop off bus or use the public transport to explore the city. The hotel itself: public area - okayish, rooms - average, in need of refurbishment, restaurants - a bit overpriced, offering not the best service. We had to wait every morning to get a table for breakfast, regardless at what time we reached the restaurant. The cleanness of the buffet restaurant - well, wouldn't call the venue clean at all - food and spilled coffee and juice all over the place and it didn't seem to disturb any of the staff. On the arrival day we had to wait more than 2 hours for the room to get ready, not even an apology for that, and I had to ask where we could have a cup of coffee at least. Not very attentive front desk agents. When getting the room after 5 pm, one would expect the luggage to arrive shortly after, but nope, phone call to the front desk after a while was good enough to make it appear in another 10min. Tried to meet up with a duty or any other manager about the front desk and restaurant issues, but was told he was busy and he would contact us back... We left 2 days after my attempt, not having heard back of any one. After all, I won't recommend this hotel, neither would stay there again. There are plenty of other hotels in this area, give them a try.

So, this is like right in the center of KL but the whole outlook of this area is just very poor. Its full of tourists and certainly not recommended if ur traveling on business.

The hotel is old, perhaps one of the older properties but still well maintained. The rooms are clean, staff is helpful and the breakfast selection is phenomenal.. So, would i go back again.. probably not, but they did everything they could/should to make my stay comfortable and pleasant.

Staff were very welcoming! Great location as pavilion mall is next door and the walking platform makes a quick walk to KLCC! Breakfast had a large variety of options and mostly fresh. All major restaurants are on walking distance from the hotel.
