Just a block or so away from the Petronas Twin Towers on Jalan Sultan Ismail the location is excellent. Several restaurants provide a wide range of excellent dining, too many for a person sample in a couple of day visits. The rooms are very spacious, beds bit firm for my old bones. Aircon powerful and a bit difficult to control. Some rooms have a small partially obscured view of the towers and some just of nearby building sites.

booked a superior room direct through hotel online booking system getting the same price as other hotel booking site.

upgraded to premier wing upon check-in. surprised by the size of the room with good space albeit the long shaped of the room.

So below are review for Premier Wing room facing Jalan Sultan Ismail.

well equipped with complimentary mineral water. comfy bed with view of KL tower.

do find strange loud noise from the aircon on the corridor and slight noise from the aircon in the room too. otherwise, really comfortable stay throughout a saturday night.

good sized bathroom with shower stall and bathtub. and a dressing area by the bathroom for clothing, ironing.

nice lobby lounge with good singers. breakfast was good but long line at times at the eggs/omelette counter. would prefer probably fried egg & scrambled egg pre-cooked and placed on buffet counter during busy breakfast hours so those clients in a rush could still get egg dishes without the wait. And then back to counter service when it is not that busy. That would be ideal.

Tricky parking as narrow driveway (which cannot be changed), was there during a wedding banquet and has to go all the way up to the top floor. Not easy for guests with luggages. And no easy access with luggages from parking to hotel lobby as there are few steps along the way.

Noticed certain rooms in the main tower may have issue with construction right next to the hotel with the direction facing Renaissance hotel.

Good accessibility as Bukit Nanas Monorail station is right in front of hotel. and for those who don't mind walking like i do, I walk few times between Changkat Bukit Bintang to hotel within a 15-20mins duration.

would recommend others to stay here (won't be able to comment on their superior room tho).

Room Tip: premier wing facing the back of the hotel would grant you view of pool and partial view of Petronas...

I spent 6 nights here my wife & 12 yr old daughter enough room for the 3 of us, comfortable bed could do with more choice of pillows but we did not ask. bathroom was ample for 3 people, room was cleaned daily and well air conditioned. All the staff we had dealings with where helpful and very attentive. Breakfast had plenty of choices with some items cooked to order. Restuarants and shopping are close by,we found the monorail made it easy to get around it was about 250 metres away and covered by a walkway so if it rained we hoped on the monorail and went to a shopping centre to eat and stay dry. We had only one problem we booked through AsiaRooms.com the hotel did not have the extra bed ready and were going to gharge us more for another room and breakfast for my daughter, but they did not instead the upgrade our room and gave my daughter free breakfast daily. I am waiting for a reply from AsiaRooms.com as to there explanation. will return to this hotel one day.

It's almost a 10 minute walk to Petronas towers. Also next to monorail station and near subway station. Many interesting places are in reach like Bukit Bintang shopping area, KL central market and the lake garden. The staff are very polite and friendly and the rooms are clean. Just keep in mind that if you are travelling utilizing tour services from Iran, the wifi may not be included in your package and you may need to pay extra or negotiate with your tour provider beforehand.

I spent 3 weeks staying at this hotel on business (teaching short course using a function room inside the hotel). The staff are friendly and welcoming. My "Premier" wing room was large with a very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and good walk in wardrobe/dressing room area. The deal included a couple of complimentary massages which were much appreciated! I am vegetarian so my selection at meals was limited, but there was a good variety of food and it was all well labelled and tasty. Very handy to KLCC. The rooms are perhaps a little dated but still very comfortable in my opinion.

Room Tip: Pay the extra to get a "Premier" room. Mine included massages plus laundry.

We booked 3 nights becasue of the location and the reviews on TA. The room was decently clean, but furniture needs a renovation soon. Breakfast was OK with various choices. The best thing was the location, near to Monorail and MRT stations and also to Petronas etc...
