Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2012, the deluxe rooms are quite adequate, hotel is centrally situated for several malls and precincts. Staff were friendly and helpfull. The hotels adjoining restaurant serves very good local dishes at reasonable cost.

Stayed 1 night only. Great location, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, hundreds of bars, restaurants around, MRT Station at 5 mins, Pavillion Mall at less than 10. Very busy and crowded reception hall, rooms just so so, very basic but considering the price (approx 60 €) not too bad and at least clean. A bit noisy at night, but this is probably the price to pay to stay in such a central location. Overall, I would say that the hotel is definitely value for money, even though I would probably check some other options in the same range of price.

I've stayed here twice on 2008 and 2010 and satisfied with the room, service, food and location. located in the center of bukit bintang, in front of Sungei Wang mall, lowyat electronic plaza, near the BB plaza. Just a minute walk from Berjaya times square and lot10.
When I brought my 1 year baby to stay, they gave me a free baby cot as I requested on my reservation note through booking.com. there are plenty of food near Capitol. Just a block away from the famous BB chicken rice, KFC and Nando's Lowyat Plaza. there also a small Indian stall in front of the hotel with a cheap price, and various food. also the mini market in front of the hotel, or you can go to Giant hypermart at Sungei Wang Plaza, just a hop from the hotel to their side entrance :)
The hotel loation is close to Imbi monorail station and bukit bintang monorail station.
