This hotel is located at the heart of KL. Please note that this hotel do not have parking for in house guess. You need to the valet parking services. Internet speed is fast. Breakfast is just average. However, you can just go out from the hotel and there is a lot of food/restaurant/pub around the area.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and the main reason to choose the hotel was its location as it is close to everything in KL, many shopping centers and attractions are within walking distance. as it is a very busy hotel the service quality might not be perfect and there are some delays.

Room Tip: Top floors have a good view of the city.

My family of 5 are frequent travellers to Kuala Lumpur. We love to stay in this hotel mainly because of its location - opposite Sungei Wang and next to Lot 10 shopping mall. It is at the heart of Bukit Bintang and a stroll further will allow us to access to the famous food street, Jalan Alor or to Pavilion, at the other end of Bt. Bintang. Though centrally located, it did not charge high room prices like other hotels nearby. However, the rooms are in the process of upgrading, and there are some inconvenience may be expected. For the past few stays, we stayed in the renovated rooms. It was new, clean and comfortable.

Our recent stay in June 2014 however, was disappointing. We booked 2 deluxe rooms with breakfast through Agoda for 2 room nights. We didn't get a joining room as requested which we accepted when we were told that the hotel was running high occupancy. But our disappointment came upon our checking into the rooms. To begin, (1) we were separated one room away. (2) the corner room (Room 517), appeared to be smaller than the other room (515). We feel cheated as we should be getting the same room size since we pay same price for both rooms! (3) The toilet bowl of Room 517 (Corner unit) could not flush at all and why didn't the housekeeping ensure that the toilet was in serviceable condition before allowing the guests to check in? We check in at about 4pm. Another great disappointment was the air conditioning in both rooms were not cold even at 18 degree Celsius and at the highest fan speed. We called the maintenance personnel to come in twice but the repair didn't help and we had to put up with the poor air-conditioning for the two nights!! (4) The WiFi signals were weak and mobile phone reception inside the room was poor too.

We will still consider this hotel simply because of its location and price, but we urge the relevant hotel management to look into our bad experience and ensure it will not happen again. Otherwise, we will have no choice but to look to other hotels for our regular stay.

Positives: nice big, clean room. Bathroom had a nice big vanity to spread all your toiletries over. Good location, near all the major shopping malls.
Negatives: I booked an Executive Deluxe room rather than a deluxe room, as it offered a late checkout, complimentary mini bar, welcome drink, and wifi access. Out of these options, all I received was the wifi. The mini bar was completely empty. Upon arrival, all I wanted to do was shower and have a bite to eat in my room. I tried to ring room service 5 times, and each time I let it ring for at least 30seconds, but no one picked up. The pens left to complete the feedback form did not even work! I was woken at 5am by a wake up call that I did not even book! I then had a note left under my door saying I needed to be out by 12noon, even though I had been told at check-in that I could have my room until 2pm. With a 9pm flight, all I wanted to be able to have a shower and change before heading to the airport.

Less than 5 mins of walking Distance to the Bukit Bintang shopping district is definitely a plus point.

Hotel room is rather aged, but still beautifully maintained and they are currently going through upgrading on some floors.

Breakfast was the same for the 2 days that I was there, but its ok, you can always skip it if you prefer the street foods..

Overall I'm very satisfied with my stay there... Would definitely stay there again the next time
