“Good location, comfortable room”

Here is the first step of out trip in Malaysia. hotel is in a very central location. We arrived very early, so I cannot complain that the room is not ready, I just asked to have my breakfast on my first day instead of the last day, but reception insist not to give it. I told them I shall leave early on my last day that I will not have the chance to have it and instead I wanted to have it on my first day. I think the hotel staff should be more flexible for such small enquiries that will make the guest happy. Overall good stay, room is comfortable and clean. Might stay here or might try elsewhere on my next visit.

we stayed in this hotel for 1 day.the normal check in time was 12pm, but they gave us room at 2.40pm. the breakfast was almost same for the two consecutive days.Although the pantry staff was friendly compared to reception staff.The sound of the toilet flush was so loud that we could hear the sound from the adjacent room also.As mentioned in their website that they have bathtubs in bathroom but nothing sort was there.Bathrooms were very old style.toilet was also choked.

Great room and staff. The staffs in this hotel is very friendly and welcoming. I wish to come again here sometime. The rooms are big and clean. Truly great value for money. Breakfast was really good and tasty. But I need to talk to someone from the hotel, as in I need his contact no. or something. It really is important. Please do reply :)

Booked four rooms for two nights.
I had two rooms checked in at 2.45pm
Third room checked in at 4pm
Fourth room checked in at 6pm
One room toilet bowl choked. Complained and choked again the next day.
Hotel staff, Ms Zetty, is very professional handling our check in. Although we had confused her regards the four rooms arrangement, her attitude is very patient and focus. We appreciate her assistance. Thanks Zetty!

I moved to this hotel from another as they offered a good value package on their website including wifi, breakfast and free mini bar in a new renovated executive room. Firstly room was very good indeed, comfortable bed and pillows, spacious and nicely decorated, better than many other hotels in the area for the price, very nice bathroom with excellent shower. Unfortunately the room I was allocated was at the back of the building which had zero view therefore the room was quite dark, no big deal as the room made up for that. I slept very well here and room was very quiet. I had no noise issues at all.
Breakfast unfortunately was a shambles, more like a feeding frenzy, probably as it was so busy. The dining room is huge and not very intimate, decent selection of food choices but most hot choices had gone cold, probably due to others leaving the lids off (which was a regular occurrence). Fresh omelette and eggs cook on order. Breakfast wasn't an enjoyable experience.
Location is ideal for the Bukit Bintang area. Hotel is right behind Lot 10 shopping mall. Monorail is basically at your door.

I would definitely stay here again but would book room only. There are so many food outlets nearby and the free minibar in my package consisted of 1 can of coke and 1 can of sprite.

As this hotel is located near the Parkroyal, taxis and others confuse the two hotels. This hotel used to be called Hotel Coronade.

A queen of a developing country perhaps. No this place was fine as a regular visitor of kl I elected to try this place as it matched my usual in price & included free wifi which should be standard across the board. Located as advised near all the shops & monorail (be warned only stairs so you'll have to carry bags in 30C +). Check in & staff fine, the room on 20th floor was spacious very clean & a marvellous view of KL. Wifi strong bed comfy & king size bathroom huge water pressure & temp excellent with a choice of rain shower or hand held. Toiletries nicely presented but generic. Only let downs were; renovations continued till 12am! (2am down under) and marred sleep then woke to breakfast. The dinning room is like a z grade Bollywood film & as others state not much western fare but as a veggo I didn't go hungry & even had a freh omelette made for me. Gym was adequate & good equipment & the pool was mine alone at 7am. Would I stay again? Yes but wouldn't purchase a breakfast deal & head else where for some un microwaved hash browns.

If you choose for shopping location royal hotel maybe one o the best o stay in Kuala lumpur near many shopping center . Monorail station just outside the hotel
Room is to dark and very old and servive was not goos our room till 6 pm not clean up.
