“Perfect view, excellent kitchen”
Reviewed 25 July 2014

I have spent two nights in this hotel during my trip in south-east Asia and was one of the best hotels. Very nice room, perfect view and amazing lunch buffet/buffet breakfast! I would appreciate wifi free of charge, but what can I do :) I have paid 30 ringgit for 24 hours access and the signal was not stable.

One more point - classical music playing in the hotel corridors was nice but we heard it also at night in our room ;)

Room Tip: Ask for the room with KLCC (petronas towers) view!

Dear Nikoleta B,

Thank you for all the positive comments, they are very much appreciated and the associate team really appreciate the time you have taken to highlight on the excellent food you enjoyed during your stay. On your next trip please book the Crest Rooms you will enjoy complimentary usage of wifi and all the others benefits.

On another point of comment noted, the volume of the music, we will certainly get it adjusted.
We are really trying to give all our guests a comfortable and enjoyable stay and so glad that we were able to do that for you directly.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel!

I had a chance to stay at this hotel for a very brief period of time. Very decent hotel with a very good location. Rooms are nice, neat and clean. Equipped as standard star rated hotel rooms. Had a breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was good. All in all very good hotel.

Room Tip: Some of the rooms offer view to famous Petronas twin towers and city. You can select these rooms for...

Great room size and convenient location. However the staff attitude is horrible. Made me wait for a good five minutes at check-in while the staff is chatting on the phone n going on about her holiday. Out of the six lifts in the hotel only one was working that day so u can imagine the wait. Wouldn't recommend this hotel until they really do something to train the staff properly. Bad discipline.

There isn't anything exceptional about this hotel, but it is located significantly near Chow kit monorail station and is good value for money. The rooms are pretty clean and staff is very friendly. There isn't any great view except a far off view of KL towers from the window. But that i guess is a view from most of the hotels in KL.

Dear Samsain,

I am so glad you appreciated the clean room and especially the great location of the hotel having access via monorail. The view of the twin Towers from your room is actually a great view not to missed at night and not all the hotels in KL have this view.

Thank you for your compliments on the associates being friendly. It means a lot to the associate team, especially if they have made that additional effort.

The tallest hotel at Malaysia.
Lobby is very big, but place to sit while check in is limited. Room is clean but no slippers provided at room.AC is good for chill the room. Hot water for shower no issue at all, but we can see the washroom is looks a bit old. 32" TV with satellite TV. BREAKFAST: basically meet the Chinese , Indian and Local taste (not.bad)

The room price not bad.

I booked the room via online, according to Web site I'm eligible for WIFI, but during check in Mdm.Ain requesting the print out of Web advertisement as proof to show the WIFI is complimentary. I was wondered the purpose of online booking, since online booking design for paperless but this front office lady asking for something printed. I don't know is the management didn't notify her or she don't want know the company promotion at Web site
