“The worst hotel I have ever stayed”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 December 2010

This was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed at.At the moment we arrived i realized the bathroom was dirty and the bed sheet was dirty.I called the manager and they changed our room to a worse one. This time the bathtub was very old and dirty. The flush of bathroom(for all of them) has terrible sound and some time we woke up at the midnight from the sound of our neighbour's flush. The service was very bad, there was not enough towel in the room, and i called 3 times to ask s.b change our dirty, old blanket;but at last no body did.this was the most crowded hotel ever, full of indian people. One day we waited for 45 minutes to use the lift. The break fast which we only used once, was awful with dirty tables and the food are in disgusting position.

I got fooled by the whole tallest hotel in KL line, and I got what i deserved. To be honest this hotel is plain dump.My mother and I found bugs in our bed.The breakfast was rubbish. And while it took us a lot of going up and down in order to get another room,my American husband was offered an upgrade,he got to chose the level and room type he wanted to stay in and received a hand written welcome letter, which made the reception staff look completely racist. The bathroom is trashed, and it looks really old as they don't offer separate bath and shower, when every 3 to 4 star hotel in town does. The quality of the food was horrible. My family and I found a couple of flies stuck in the bakery section of the hotel right along with the pastries. The only thing that somewhat made the stay worth it was the housekeeping staff. If you wanna stay here, just don't,its not worth it,your health is much more important than the low price this hotel offers.

Its one of the tall 4 star hotel in KL. It made ma and my families stay a WOW! The view from our room located at the 14th floor was just beautiful with the night view of the patronas towes looking like the cherry on the top of the cake. The location of the hotel is nice and the service is very good as compared to any 4 star hotel.. Keep it up! I am impressed!

We stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights. The overall stay at the Hotel was pleasant. The rooms require up-gradation as the property is old. The hotel is primarily for group and package travelers. The hotel is understaffed and it reminds me of one of those self servicing hotels like the 'Ginger' chain of Hotels in India. Will not recommend for a couple / small group. Further, the hotel is quite far away from the happening areas in Kuala Lumpur.

Morning shows the day ... the approach to this hotel is through backalleys and dirty roads and you feel a little bemused as you enter through what appears to be a rear entrance. You come to a large lobby teeming with people and you reach a decidedly curt reception staff who manage to check you in after a long time. The rooms are Ok. The bathrooms are NOT OK ! They give you only one tea bag per night and expect you to pay RM 5 per bag if you need more. Room service is non existent. The staff were reasonably unhelpful. I wouldn't really come back here again unless I was forced to.

This hotel is located at the corner of the City of KL. The hotel gives an impression of being a very oldish hotel. The check in was very very quick but the hotel reception had no smile on their face. The room was spacious but oldish and the restroom was functional but seemed oldish. The Hotel has an Indian restaurant in its basement which serves good Indian food. The Buffet Breakfast, though similar on most days is yet good. Good Value for money only.
