This hotel is advertised as 5 stars. It is gross. The carpets and hallways stink. There was never hot water, and the AC rarely worked. The doors don't close properly. The kitchen is disgusting. They give you "complimentary" water because you can't drink from the tap. However, on several days we found that the old water bottles were just refilled. The lobby is so strongly scented that you get nauseated. The concierge pushes overpriced tours and takes a cut from the taxis. They refuse to use the meter and jack up the prices. It was a horrid experience and I will NEVER go back there or to Malaysia period. The photos on the website are entirely misleading. It is not suitable for North Americans. It would be a 2 star in Canada. The pool area looks like it's never been cleaned. It was unsafe for my children and family.

Room Tip: The rooms are large so don't waste money upgrading.

Unfortunetly we had only booked 1 night here before flying out to Hong Kong. What a great place stunning views and wow what big rooms we had booked on Agoda the only place we had not booked direct with the hotel for our month away. So i was certainly not expecting an upgrade, free wifiand a fantatsic pool to dip in at the end of the day. Our room was huge bigger than our apartment we presently live in full kitchen 31st floor what else could we want pity we hadnt got the same sort of place for our 6 days in Hong Kong. If we ever go back to KL will certainly stay here.

We got a free upgrade to Executive Suite and it turned out to be very nice and spacious, although the furniture and decoration were a bit dated. We could see the KL Tower from our room very clearly and the city view from the living room was lovely. The night view at the roof top Lunar Bar was amazing! Based on the price we paid, this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, so well done! We enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot and we would love to go back!

Stayed at this hotel at the end of a trip around asia in November. I believe it is an all suite hotel and the rooms are huge. Coming from staying in hostels to here was quite a leap and the rooms were great.

Lots of space, kingsize beds, lounge and kitchen area. Bathrooms were huge with a walk in shower, separate bathtub etc. The pool is lovely with great views out, although I am not sure how nice it would be towards the end of the day when people start arriving at the bar! This bar is great for views of the towers etc so is very popular – prices are therefore quite high!

Location was good – a short walk to Bukit bintang one way and KLCC the other. Taxi’s out the front are great but be sure to haggle! We would stay here again for the rooms mostly – the lobby was being renovated when there so was a bit messy. If you do not enjoy walking it may be best to stay more centrally in the Bukit Bintang area or near a metro station.

Stayed one night. Conveniently located near to Klang Valley bars and restaurants and the Petronas Towers (very good shopping). The hotel itself though is a little dated... A small lobby means they cannot deal with many people checking in/out at the same time, elevators are slow, the rooms are quite dated (plug sockets must be from the 50's!), there are no minibars in the room, and the pool (and bar at night) could do with a complete revamp. The rooms though are HUGE and the price seemed fair. Unfortunately I needed a late check out and they could only manage 1pm.

Booked this hotel after reading trip advisor reviews and was not disappointed. We were able to check in early, got a free upgrade and staff really friendly. The room is really spacious and clean. Location has been great! We've walked to most places. We didn't get a view of the twin towers and there is some construction going on but I would still stay here again and recommend this hotel.
