We booked 4 rooms for family and friends. We were separated in 2 floors and non-adjacent rooms. We booked 2 double rooms and 2 twin bed rooms but they arranged all double rooms until we raised the problem after seeing the rooms. These were minor problems for us. But if you don't want to waste your time, you have to remind them during check-in.

The location is very good. Within 5 mins walking distance to Alor street.

We only stayed one night and we found it comfortable. The room was quite clean and very spacious.

One point to note is that for the corner rooms, the rooms were inter-connected so that there's a door inside the rooms. If you would like this or not like this feature, you could communicate with the staff. These rooms were even bigger with a private corridor from main door to room.

One of our rooms had a quite strong smoke smell.

Be reminded there were limited toiletries provided. Only towels, bath lotion, soap n glass. No toothbrush n toothpaste.

Parking was easy and convenient. Free with many slots. You need to turn the corner passing by the Corona hotel and a narrow lane to get into the parking place. There's direct lift from the parking lot to the lobby.

The location cannot get much better in Bukit Bintang.

The hotel is well located for taxi's etc and not far from KL Sentral. It cost me 15 Ringit in a tax but could probably get for 10RM.

The main strip of china town is just a minute walk around the corner, but far away enough that the noise and sights are not a distraction at the hotel.

I stayed in the most basic room they have, but it was new, clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed there for a few days. Overall, the stay was alright. The hotel is new and clean. Located right next to the famous street, also there is seven eleven next to the hotel. So it was pretty convenient.
Room was ok. Big enough bed, a big tv, and a fridge.
but, i had a trouble when u check in. They ask me to show my passport for checking in. But they told me that someone else already checked in to the room with my name. As a result, that person was a random Indian woman who used my name. She did show her passport to the front desk too, but the front desk miss processed it. I complained them for their bad job, but they didn't even apologize for it. The guy in front desk was really impolite. That was the worst point about the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends. There must be same quantity and price hotels with better service.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and would return again. Concierge and staff were always helpful and friendly. Fantastic location as it took 5-10 mins walk to Times Square & Sungei Wang with Pavillion and Lot 10 also close by for all the shopaholics! No need for a taxi and if you did use one just tell them your hotel is opposite Swiss Garden and they will know (as the hotel is still quite new)
The room itself is presentable and tidy. Only small downside for me was the walls. Could hear other guests going to the shower next door and their phone calls. Didn't bother me too much as we were out most the day anyway. Highly recommend if you are on a budget but are looking for a decent place to sleep and shop.

Easy to find since its exactly opposite the Swiss Garden Hotel, the hotel is right at the end of Bukit Bintang. Parking was a breeze with lots of available parking lots and there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel.

Room service is not 24 hours but there's a 24 hour convenience store (7-11) within the building premise. Didn't wake up for breakfast for 3 consecutive mornings so missed it but plenty of eateries available around the hotel.

Its very very close to Jalan Bukit Bintang, so you will never be bored of the area. Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned everyday. Pricing was cheap and for that location, you would have to pay slightly more.

Front desk staff were very friendly and security guards were stationed at the front lobby 24/7. I had an enjoyable stay as always in KL and the hotel added on to it. If you are a traveler with some budget, this would be it. Cheers.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms facing the main road and on higher floor.

Booked this at the very last minute (12am) for check in at 1.30am. Since we were driving down from Malacca, booked this in the go. Price wise was affordable (abt $80 with taxes via booking.com) and it included breakfast. Located at pudu, easy to find and for budget hotel with a covered car park it's safe. Room size is small but ideal for night stay and bathroom is of good size. As the hotel is pretty new it's very well kept n decent. Walking distance to bukit bintang (via shortcuts).
Breakfast is nothing impressive n can be improved..
Overall, will choose for a short trip again.
