This were probably the nicer and better designed hotel rooms we have ever come across. The layout is excellent, with walk in closet, separate bathtub with a glass facing the beds that can be opaqued with a privacy button, vanity with mirrows, separate sinks, excellent desk and space everywhere to put orderly your stuff and feel comfortable.
We had a Grand View twin room, with a rollaway bed added as we were 1 adult and 2 teenagers staying together.
We arrived very late, at 1 am, starving and ordered room service which was excellent.
Just across the street there is a stair that takes you to an air conditioned and secure passage that leads to Pavillion Mall and Bukit Bitang.
Staff was friendly and efficient.
Taxis were always available at hotel's door.

Just an overnight redemption stay by a Platinum Gold Points member. Final night of an18 night, 8 accommodation return journey through SE Asia.

Outstanding and breathtaking room layout and design. Given a “club twin” w/o the privileges, very spacious, park view on the 35th floor. Phenomenally well lit and laid out. Roomy with huge windows and great manual light blocking drapes. Awesome white and beige marble and dark woods with walk in rain and handheld shower and bath all in a glass cube at head of bed with great KLCC park view...loved the privacy glass button that opaques the bath enclosure. A separate sit down vanity, vessel sink area and bar area, a desk with a big flat screen TV that swings out, soothing white and beige décor, a big lounger with ottoman and the great Hyatt beds with down pillows and duvet. Nice small but walk in closet. However, for being only 2 years old there were LOTS of chips in the veneers of the desk and the bedframes.

Bell and check in staff great (OK they forgot to order to order requested taxi when I checked in but was quickly arranged at a 630 AM check out). A request for a Blu Ray player by email was never acknowledged but upon arrival it was quickly provided and installed.

38, the Restaurant was very good, a tad pricey with views that range from stupendous to fair depending on where they seat you....a wait at the bar for a better table got me a prime seat but 1/2 the restaurant is kitchen front, too bright and has virtually no Petronas Towers view. And from all the snapshots, etc, this is prime date night territory. Bartender was as cold as ice, virtually ignoring us at first, providing a gin and tonic with the tonic in a pitcher, which seemed nice except there was no swizzle stick… it took forever to get his attention for that, then he snatched away the rest of the tonic and when we were ¾ finished provided cashews all without a greeting or a smile! Shame I didn’t get a name because I found this truly irritating. Once seated service and food were very good.

Didn't get to use pool or other amenities. Loved the MO last time but being a Hyatt loyalist, I’d probably come back here.

Room Tip: The Petronas Towers are slightly blocked, visible from only one side of this square building and opt...

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. You can get from the hotel to Suria KLCC mall through an underground tunnel, so that will have most of your shopping and meal requirements fulfilled. There are also plenty of other shopping centres around the area, as well as restaurants (such as the famous Nasi Kandar Pelita which is open 24 hours).

The lobby is on the top floor of the hotel, with an amazing view of the Petronas Towers. From there, there is a set of lifts that will take you to the hotel rooms (a different set of lifts from the ones you would take to get from ground floor to the lobby). The rooms are modern and new, with a unique layout. The bed was comfortable, the overhead rain shower was enjoyable, and service was faultless.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting KL, especially those who like the convenience of being right in the centre of the city with everything close by.

This is a nice place to stay in KL, nice pool, nice gym.
Yet lacking in details which they charge you for.

Firstly, you will need to take luggage to your room by yourself.
Also, no escort to the room and no perks.

Curtains are not electric. Phew, time to get your fingers dirty!
And the building next door is close, so no nice views. Petronas view is only partial.

Also, for 300 bucks, the usualno free minibar, slow internet if you don't pay extra, etc.

The biggest drawback was a very noisy AC unit in my room.
You have to keep it on high, otherwise it's hot like in a pot.

Lots to improve on this property, would rather stay elsewhere.

Dear Salvatore_66, In our industry, we certainly appreciate all feedback and it is through such observations can we further enhance and strengthen the hotel product and overall service delivery. The room air-conditioning issue has since been rectified and rest assured the additional comments have been well noted and would be further improved upon by our respective divisional teams. We hope to have another opportunity to be of service again. Best regards, Robert Dallimore, General Manager

My company booked a conference at the Grand Hyatt, and it was a fantastic choice. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. The meeting rooms were spacious and well equipped. The A/V help was immediate.
The guest rooms were some of the best.
Highly recommended.

No words to describe the place. Excellent.
Service is top notch - as expected from a Hyatt hotel.
Location is great especially if you have meetings in and around KLCC.
The people make the difference. Malaysian hospitality at its best!
Spacious room. Soft comfy bed. Nice working area.

My only, lone complaint is that I personally do not like high floor lobbies.
This is an exception... view to die for!

Room Tip: Get the room with the Twin Towers view. It's worth it!
