this new hotel is connected to a LRT station, although the paths can be a bit scary at night when there is no one else. price is one of the cheapest in town. rooms are quite nice with simple decorations, and not too small, equipped with things such as working table, chair, table lamp etc.
one thing that some might find inappropriate is the bathroom glass can be seen through especially when the person taking shower is standing very near to the glass.
overall, like it.

Just disappointed with the really cramped room and queen bed. Breakfast was good enough and really no complaints there. The hotel is new but going by the quality of furnishings and fixtures, it will look really run down in another year. Checking out 7 days earlier and moving to the Novotel. Then again you get what you pay for, so full marks for value

For your information, we are an economy hotel operating at 500 rooms and the rate we offer is at a very reasonable amount which includes free buffet breakfast and WIFI. I was sad to read your disagreement on the quality of our Hotel design and please know that our Engineering team is continuously checking and fixing defects from minor to major to ensure good maintenance of the Hotel.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Love the design, adequate space, colourful, good lighting. The room also has ipod docking station, comfy daybed and a large safe. Bear in mind that the room has a glass door - which is lovely for a stay with your husband/wife but not with others. Breakfast selection was ok, but for the 2 days I stayed the meal was pretty much the same. I felt disappointed that the nasi lemak was so bad. The sambal just taste n look like sweet thai chilli sauce poured from a bottle, definitely not a sambal nasi lemak, unacceptable for malaysian standard. The hotel does not have its own parking but u can get a flat rate of RM5 per entry. If you're going in and out for a shortwhile (less than 2 hours), u're better off use the autopay machine, they charged RM2 per hour. Otherwise, location of the hotel is quite close to KL but the traffic there was busier than some part of KL.

Booked this hotel via Accor website. Price is quite cheap. Arrived in Ibis Fraser Park quite late night for a transit before catching a return flight on the next morning. The impression was brand new and bright hotel. Check in was easy as usual. The rest is Accor standard, which is normally good. The room size is decent, the room is bright, the bed is comfortable. I went to have dinner in the restaurant, ordered Kampong Fried Rice, which was not bad at all. In summary, brand new hotel with brand new comfortable and clean room for a considerably cheap rate.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel, the staff are curtious, rooms are clean and modern, and breakfast and internet are included with most deals. Of course it is not located in the center but 3-4 stops from Masid Jamek it's not too out there. I do wish they had a pool though...

We arrived after flying from Thailand. Good location. Next to train station which takes you down town. Very cheap to get to and from city. Taxi should cost no more than 7 ringits. Always use a metered cab as otherwise they try to rip you off. Can be very fustrating and time consuming, even cabs ordered by the hotel!!! Breakfast not that good. Fruits were not very tasty over our two day stay. Food ran out and was not replaced very quickly. Broken or tempremental coffee machine meant long queues for a hot drink. On our first day there was almost 15 people in the line. Try to get breakfast around 9.30 and its abit better. Staffs attitude in general not very customer service focused.

The manager Wilson was very helpful when sorting out our cab issue. We ordered a cab waited 45 minutes and it already had 12 ringits on the meter before we even moved off!!

Bathroom was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Had hair on floor from previous guest which I had to clean. All in all i would stay here again. But just have to be prepared.

It is indeed very true and I do agree with your advice on using a metered cab. However, we are very sorry to know that the cab ordered by the Hotel came late and this usually happened when the demand for cab service is high. We do have a few standby cabs but we could not guarantee that they are there 24 hours as it all depends to guests demand and traffic at certain time of the day. We apologise if this caused you any inconvenience.

Your feedback relating the breakfast has been taken on board and shared with our Food & Beverage team so that we can improve. We had also fixed the coffee machine and I thank you for highlighting this matter to us. Regarding the staffs attitude, I will alert this matter to the Manager for him to properly supervise them and to continue our training on customer service.

We would also like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the unfortunate circumstances in the room and our Housekeeping team have been briefed to monitor these potential issues; and making sure Supervisors check the rooms carefully before allowing guest to check in.

I will certainly convey your kind words of praise to our Front Office Manager, Mr Wilson.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.

This Ibis does not live up to the usual Ibis standards and I have stayed in Ibis hotels all over Europe and South America. Even though this hotel was newly constructed in 2012, the construction was very poor quality and poorly furnished. Breakfast had limited selections. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms until 4-5 pm. Taxis had a hard time finding the hotel even with the hotel map. Taxi service from the hotel charged double the normal rates, than if you walked 2 blocks away.

Please allow me to share that the construction company is finalising a number of the remaining minor touch-up and normal defects.

Our Housekeeping Department, continuously conducts training and your feedback has been shared with them to help us improve. Please accept my apology for the delay you mentioned.

With reference to your feedback on the taxi service issue, we sincerely apologise about the poor experience you endured on this matter. While he is not our employee, he does represent us as a partner and we do not tolerate this behaviour. The Taxi company management has since conducted counselling, removed some of the taxi drivers from our Hotel and promises to make sure this does not happen again. This is unfortunately a common problem in Kuala Lumpur and this is why we have a partner to manage this serous issue.

We sincerely apologised for the unpleasant experience that you have encountered and your feedback has certainly raised many areas of concern that need to be addressed. Please rest assured that we are taking the necessary measure to address the matter and prevent future occurrences and allow us to express our sincerest apologies in regard to this matter.
