“Excellent quality for the price.”

Located in Chow Kit this hotel offers very good value. There's breakfast available on the top floor and you have some excellent views of the Petronas Towers from the top floor. We had some AC problems when we checked in but the staff were prompt and after two tries it was finally fixed.
The hotel is located very close to Chow Kit Mono rail so its easy to get around the city. There's lots of small restaurants close by and if you are prepared to eat with the locals the meals are very inexpensive. eg 1 x Roti Channai and two Nasi Fried Rices with two Garlic Naan Breads was only MYR17 in total. The area is not exactly pretty and could even be described as a little grotty but its transport access and value makes it an excellent choice for a few nights in KL!
I would recommend it.

Room Tip: There are some small rooms located in the centre of the hotel with no windows at all - just somethin...

I can't fault the hotel. It had everything I needed in terms of modern facilitates and a comfortable bed. The room service breakfast is very nice. Only downside is the area isn't the best and you probably wont want to hang out here... But it's next to the monorail station.

This hotel had everything we needed: a friendly service, well air-conditioned rooms, a decent breakfast on the top of the roof and a good location near the metro station chow kit. It seemed like the showers were renewed as they looked pretty modern. All this for a very reasonable price near the KL City centre.

If I have to mention one small negative point, it would be the noise in the hall can easily be heard in the room as well. But overall an excellent hotel in it's price range.

Limited parking lots. Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Hotel filled with lingering smell of burned incense stick. Bathroom door is without lock , so if you got young kids, need to be cautious as they might just stormed in while you having shower or easing urself.

Front desk personnel whom I believe was a local was very arrogant and reluctant to assists us when we asked for a safe deposit box for our passport. None was sent to us for those 3 days. Breakfast was simple spread consists of toast and scramble egg upon request.

The only plus point is that the hotel is near Chow Kit monorail station. Not recommended for those planning to drive to KL.

we enjoyed our stay at the crossroad hotel. the location was great for it was only a 20meter walk away from the metro station. the food was not that special but you did get an amazing view from there roof top cafe. the only downside was that you are close by a busy street so be prepared for some noise during the night. overall we had a great stay and although it's not anything fancy it fits the basic needs and requirements.

Beautiful, clean room. Lovely service (I had a tooth emergency and the receptionist found me a good, affordable dentist by calling half of his friends in KL). Great location by Chow Kit monorail station by the market and 24h opened 7-11. While I read that some people considered the location of Chow Kit to be quite unpleasant, I completely disagree. There were constantly people around, the market was open till very late (latest i saw was 2am), cars riding by constantly, lots of light - I felt very safe. Definitely recommended!

The hotel met our expectations however with 3 children we felt unsafe being on the street. Stayed 1 night and accomadation was good for the price . Maybe a bad choice of area for our introduction to k.l.
