Basic hotel from the outside, but completely new or renovated inside. The room was okay, as well as the breakfast, although don't expect to get a luxurious western breakfast here. The hotel was located just a short walk from the monorail, a minus was the noise from the night market below, especially during Ramadan it's very noisy.

I stayed here for 1 week with my big family. The booking is easy to made and the manager is really helpful and communicative. They arrange to pick us up from the airport which is great. For the rooms, I can say that family room with twin tower view is the best among three other type of rooms: family, triple and superior.

For the family room (four people) and superior room (two people): The room is nice, the bathroom is clean and the hot wate works well. They always have the welcoming drink in hot KL. The aircond works well, the internet is fast. about the environment: the traditional food market close to the hotel is yummy and very cheap. the monorail give me the flexibility to travel around KL. maybe a bit noisy for some people especially the lower level , but hey this is KL:)

The only downside is a little bit misscomunication when we want to move the room about the timing. I move from the family room (3rd floor) to triple room (2nd floor) because of some family member went back early so some of us left. they did it when my son was sleeping, and move between the floor is not that easy :(. and the triple room (2nd floor) that we got not that convenience. especially compared to the family room in the third floor (this was an amazing room).

In brief, all the other things are excellent. I didnt get chance to try their famous roof top restaurant, I heard that is really good. I really want to come back to this hotel. For next visit, defenetelly will book family or superior room. Those rooms are highly recommended. :) and five stars for the manager that really care and helpful and always listen to us..

Thanks for the pleasant stay. Hope to stay here again soon

The hotel is located right next to Chow Kit Station, quite convenient for public transport. The staff was very nice and helpful, provided us with helpful information. Communication was easy. There was some fresh juice available for guests in the lobby, which was well appreciated. Our double room was on the smaller side and had no windows, but it was clean, quiet and A/C was efficient. There's a rooftop with a view of the Petronas towers. We had dinner there once and the food was decent. We were told that this area (Chow Kit) was considered a dangerous district in Kuala Lumpur, but did not encounter any problems during our 3 day stay.

This hotel was clean and easy to find, just next to the Chow Kit monorail station.

However, it was noisy and therefore hard to sleep. We asked to move away from a few children in the next room who were screaming and were put next to more. Plus for some reason someone was moving the furniture at 1am.

Fairly indifferent staff. Clean comfortable room but just passable.

We stayed there for two nights. If you need absolute silence to sleep you better go to the countryside! Of course we could hear the noise of the nearby street, but so what. The staff was very friendly, especially Jegen. The room was small but clean and the cold water was warm enough to take a good shower - let's save energy!

I really appreciate with the price and the proximity to the Monorail station. However, when we arrived, some local people felt shocked about the district. They commented the area needed precautions. For me, I don't have any annoying experience. But my partner lost sleep for a night when he heard some strange noise of knocking door with female voice. Moreover, the speed of bathing water was very slow. I was satisfied with the hostel basically but there's still some room of improvement.

Located in Chow Kit this hotel offers very good value. There's breakfast available on the top floor and you have some excellent views of the Petronas Towers from the top floor. We had some AC problems when we checked in but the staff were prompt and after two tries it was finally fixed.
The hotel is located very close to Chow Kit Mono rail so its easy to get around the city. There's lots of small restaurants close by and if you are prepared to eat with the locals the meals are very inexpensive. eg 1 x Roti Channai and two Nasi Fried Rices with two Garlic Naan Breads was only MYR17 in total. The area is not exactly pretty and could even be described as a little grotty but its transport access and value makes it an excellent choice for a few nights in KL!
I would recommend it.

Room Tip: There are some small rooms located in the centre of the hotel with no windows at all - just somethin...
