“Very peaceful”
Reviewed 6 August 2014 via mobile

This mosque is very modern and unlike many mosques that I had seen before.
The place is huge and very peaceful. You cannot enter the main prayer hall unless you are going to pray. There was volunteers at the mosque that gave very interesting information about the mosque and Islam.

“Peaceful place.”
Reviewed 6 August 2014

Sanctuary for peaceful religious practice. it must visit if you follow the religion. The best features of the mosque are the 73 meters high minarets and its 16 pointed star concrete which is its main roof. There are many meanings to the design of the mosque. The main roof's design was inspired from the idea of an open umbrella while the minarets were like a folded umbrella. The concrete main roof utilizes the concept of folding plates in order to obtain larger space at the main gathering hall

“Worth Seeing”
Reviewed 3 August 2014

I visited during Ramadan, so it was an interesting experience! People were sleeping at the Mosque between prayer times, and the Mosque itself was only open to visitors during certian hours of the day. It's very tranquil inside, with many pillars, flowing water and quiet sections. A particularly relaxing section is straight past the water/fountains at the opening. Chador-like cloaks are provided for all guests.

“Modern Mosque”
Reviewed 3 August 2014

We visited during Ramadan, so entrance was limited to a few hours a day. Unfortunatly it was closed when we got there. JUst walked around the building and took some pictures. It looks impressive.

“Really interesting”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

A nice place (inside and outside), that happens to be huge, peaceful and very calm (I had the feeling that it was a really good place for prayer and meditation - and not all religious temples have this effect on me).
