“The heart of KL and the shopping center of the city”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 June 2014

There are like four or five shopping malls on the same street, starting with Pavilion (the most expensive one) and ends with BB Plaza the cheapest one, the IT mall 'Low YAT' is right behind BB Plaza
There is not much to do in bukit bintang other than shopping, restaurants, and fish tanks that eat the skin of your feet,
most of the restaurants are Arabian restaurants, the famous bar street Changkat and Jalan Alor with its chinese/thai/seafood are right next to bukit bintang main street
however the street is now filled with construction sights for the new MRT line and not very easy to walk around.
there are some street attractions like live painting, street musicians, silver and gold men you can take photos with, and sometimes snakes and lizards you can hold and take pictures with.
In general its a must go to area, you'll probably end up there anyway at some point during your trip

“Good but ...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 June 2014

A lot of shopping mall, if you like shopping this is a place for you.
Food is nice, but be wisely to choose the right restaurant.

However, beware of the "scammer" that ask you to "donate" or do some "market survey", they end up say, either they ask you "donate" more, or "congrats" you for the "prize winning" that scam you.

“Another must in KL”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 June 2014

Here is heart of KL. You can do shopping in various range of shopping malls, try cuisines of different countries, and enjoy the night life of KL.
Include here as an early part of trip and you will see that it will be a daily plan for you at least for dining if not shopping.

“Good place to spend some time!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 June 2014

Bintang walk is the main shopping area. With so many Malls and High end stores situated within a 2 KMs radius.

The place is shopper's heaven!

Make sure you have enough cash when walking on this street.
