The old railway station is situated close to national mosque. From here, the trains to different parts of malaysia run. The building has an ancient look and it looks like a monument in the first instance. Inside, there is an AC waiting room. A sky bridge from the station lands close to the Little India Market. Worth a visit.

This building is probably one of the few colonial buildings left in KL city center. Love its unique architecture. The city council should make it to be more attractive like converting to a hotel or cafe or restaurant.

This railway station is over a hundred years old and was Kuala Lumpur's main railway station until KL Sentral was built and took over as the main station about a dozen years ago.
The station is a pretty white building with classic Moorish style domed turrets. The station is still in use today. I got to see the station while using the KTM Kommuter rail network.

The Railway Station has a very unique architecture and looks wonderful from the outside. Inside, there is an active railway with trains taking you across KL including Batu Caves. You can also cross into Central Markets and Petaling Street from the railway station (it's a slight walk though).

You can get some nice shots of the railway station from the street in front of it (which is quite busy). There isn't that much else to it.

It's quite close to the National Mosque and further up is the Islamic Arts Museum which you can walk to.

I probably sound like a broken record here, but i was just in love with the architecture for my whole stay in kuala lumpur and in malasia in general.
So when i got the chance to visit the railway station i was in awe. Great design and attention to details. Just wonderful
