You're going to land on bukit bintang one way or another, because this is the heart of kl for tourists. Nut really a pram friendly environment but none the less still take one if you have small children it works out easier, because they will end up getting tired of the walking. You may find some beggers down here it street hustlers trying to seek you watches, but it's all harmless. If any one approaches you though with a story of losing money or begging help, just walk away, or start speaking a dialect other then English to put them off, or laugh insanely as if you just escaped from an asylum that should put any wannabe scammers off.

Loads of eateries and dogs down here and tons of malls to enter. So you will be kept busy. This central hub at night can become a little grimey so I wouldn't encourage families with children at night time. None the less great busy hub and a Kodak moment.

This area is busy no matter weather and time. It is still very busy until 11pm or later. Food is every where. There are a lot of shops, convenience stores and restaurants opens till late. Nice walking around after heavy meals at Lot10 and preparing to stuffs yourself with some more food!

Pretty cool area in KL. They have everything from malls and sites to restaurants and great night life spots.

If you don't find your fancy in Bukit Bintang then good luck finding it anywhere.

It is a district for you to shop till you drop! With abundance of international brands and local bargains!
However, beware of foreign workers/vendors who try to sell you products with high prices - learn to bargain if you are on the street!

So many things to point out on bukit bitang, so i will try to sumarize. Many different culinary options, tons of ittle shops (some useful some others not so much), great mix of cultures with tourists added for flavoring, great aromas coming from all around.

Whats not to like?
