Location was very close to the monorail station which made getting around very easy. The room was large with a desk and extra chair. Rooms are a bit tired but comfortable and clean. Shower pressure was great. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but certainly good enough to keep you going for the day. The biggest the let down of the hotel was the staff. They were unhelpful, unfriendly and at times surly. It took us a while to pluck up the courage to even ask for a map.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view. We were on the seventh floor which may be quieter too.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were happy with it. The nearest metro is only 6 minutes away by foot so it was easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. The room was big, spacious and clean. There is wireless Internet in the rooms. Our room also had a nice view of the radio tower and Petronas towers.

The staff was not the best. They answered with one-word answers and didn’t seem interested to help us when we had questions. Sometimes, we didn’t have hot water in our room but the hotel informed us that they were working on the problem.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice – nothing special about it and the area where it is located is nothing great. But it was value for money and that’s why I can recommend it for others.

Fantastic hotel service. We heard loud music from outside on the first night and the next day, after making the staff aware of our situation, they kindly provide us anotherr room on the opposite side of the hotel. Though the hotel may be slightly dated, as tourists, we are out and about sightseeing and the amenities were just ideal. Hot showers, firm comfortable beds, air conditioned and free WI FI are reasons enough to return to Prescott Hotel on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur. Five minutes walking distance to the monorail is a bonus to access public transport almost everywhere around this Malaysian city.

Room Tip: Choose the side that faces the Petronas Towers, it is quieter and overlooks the well light Petronas Towers ... Magical view at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. For the price, the room was completely satisfactory. Bathroom was oddly run-down looking, with water stains on the ceiling, and a rather dingy atmosphere, but the clean bright, comfy room totally made up for it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is pretty good. Short walk to the skytrain and walking distance from plenty of places of interest. Internet in each room was helpful, though we had to sit closer to the door/hallway to pick up a reliable signal.
