I actually had dinner a few years ago over the Ramadhan month and their dinner buffet was very good. One of the good things of this hotel is the location as it located very near to the KLCC and Pavilion (Bukit Bintang). The hotel is right in the smack of the KLCC-Pavilion Overhead bridge which makes it easy to get to either place. Good for business travellers and holiday makers.More
Its location is good. Close to Suria and twin tower. I really love the swimming pool especially in the evening. You can enjoy the view from there. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and have everything needed.

My mother and I stayed here for a four day shopping trip and from the minute we arrived until we left nothing was too much trouble for any of their staff. We were upgraded on arrival and had a lovely twin room with views to the towers (spectacular at night) and access to The Club Lounge. The Club Lounge team provide (what seems to be) effortless service - they remember what your drink choices are, offer suggestions and actually take the time to chat and a laugh. Afternoon tea and evening drinks were an absolute pleasure. Breakfast served in the restaurant had a great variety and there was always plenty. Location wise it was great for easy access to many shopping centers via the undercover walkway and the below ground walkways to KLCC. Last day we tried the day spa which was worth every cent (truly deserve their many awards!) and left feeling refreshed. Thanks to the whole team for some very happy memories.

Excellent hotel with great services.All the staff we met were really nice people
The location is great and the AC connecting bridge which takes you to both the Twin Tower and on the other side directly to the pavilion mall is very clean and safe
The bed is comfy and atmosphere in general is pleasant
The best part in overall is the buffer BREAKFAST,it's just awesome !

Very tasteful hotel, close to Petronas Towers and all the shopping you could want. Room was well supplied with all the frills and very comfortable. I personally found the reception staff cold and unwelcoming My son and I didn't feel as though we belonged there because of that so ate out rather than in so I can't rate the restaurants. Pool staff were lovely and the swim something different up in the KL sky.
