I wholeheartedly agree with another reviewer - Rip-off.
We used them for both our airport transfers and for a day long excursion to Moyenne & Surf Island.
They charged us 240 Euros for the airport transfer which was a 35 minute drive each way. What an incredible waste of money.
For the day long excursion they charged us 300 Euros for our family of four (one child is 2).
We were picked up at out hotel and brought to a marina to board the glass bottom boat (the boat was not impressive in the least). We did get a lot of information from the tour guide on the islands and the fish and were able to see quite a bit through the glass bottom.
However, what I'm most upset about is that they knew in advance that our 7yr old daughter was coming and yet not only did they give her a life jacket with the zipper completely broken (luckily I spotted before we left the dock) but they failed to provide her with any snorkeling equipment as they only had equipment for adults! So the 45 minutes we had of a once-in-a-lifetime experience snorkeling over a coral reef, she couldn't even participate in! I am so angry & disappointed and will never use this company again! All they are after is making a quick-cash. They could care less about anything else.

We took the "Robinson Crusoe" excursion. Snorkeling was terrible and the food needed a bit of improvement. Cost (280 euros) was MUCH to high for what you got. Weather was bad, but that at least was not their fault.

We thought it would be nice to take an excursion away from Mahe on Christmas eve day. The weather did not cooperate, and the immediate boat ride to the catamaran was started with being seasick. Once we arrived and got on the catamaran the weather did not improve. We were driven around to a few islands and beaches where we could not enjoy them due to the rain and rough seas. We were offered 1 bottle of water each (this tour started at 630 AM and ended at 730 pm) plus a few sodas (which we don't drink). The crew were helpful, but no motivated to make things fun or helpful. Short of seeing tortoises and being left on the beach for 2 hours that was the extent of our "fun". The boat continued for another 2 hours with our "guide" letting us know that we could nap after lunch while they wasted time until we could go back to the ferry to head back to Mahe. Disgusting to walk around with NO shoes for some reason, even if we had non-marking deck shoes and was necessary to use the toilets BAREFOOT! Which resulted in my getting a fungal infection on my feet from being wet as well for 5 hours. Not very friendly or useful, quite a few of us asked about a refund because of the weather and lack of places to go to the beach. They were ignored and we were left at the dock to await the ferry, which was a veritable SMASH of people to get on the ferry when it arrived, no matter that we were cued up to get on the boat reasonably. Would not recommend spending $380 US on a excursion where the coral reef is nothing but dead coral, sea urchins and small little wrasse, nothing a veteran snorkeler would consider worthy of that cost. Find something else to do and some place else to go.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our day to LaDigue, organized through Creole Travel Services. We were picked up at our lodge 20 minutes from town, provided all transport to and from LaDigue, provided bikes for the day as well as entry pass into the coconut plantation that segues to Anse Source DeArgent, the famous beach you don't want to miss. All this cost us $150 per person, so we paid $300 and brought money for food.
Before booking with Creole Travel Services we went to buy ferry crossing tickets from Cat Cocos ferry company and found they were over $200 per person, with nothing else included - Taxi to harbor would have cost $50 each way, bike rental at least $10 pp and coconut plantation entry at least $12 pp. - a total of $544 or more.

Creole travel sent a rep to our hotel to secure our purchase, so we did not have to go into Victoria to purchase, which we were rather amazed by.
Also, with Creole Representatives waiting at each juncture during our excursion we were led from place to place - from the shuttle to the ferry, ferry to ferry, ferry to bike rental and so on. Friendly service was provided all along the way with clear signs and a strong, easy to recognize uniform.

We were very pleased with CTS and highly recommend them if you would like to visit LaDigue for a day from Mahe.

We booked our 2week holiday to the Seychelles with Elite Vacations in the UK (who were also excellent). From the moment we landed in the Seychelles, Creole Travel were there to meet us and to take care of all our transfers between resorts. The staff were all smartly dressed, friendly and spoke consistently good English. Their vehicles were executive cars such as Toyota Landcruiser with aircon and bottles of water.
We also took a day trip with Creole from Praslin to Vallee de Mai and La Digue, and our guide for the day, Tina, was excellent. She was friendly and approachable, knowledgeable patient with a sense of humour. It was well worth doing.
