“Budget Hotel near Robinsons Mall Ermita”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

This Tune Hotel follows the model of providing a clean room with all the essentials, hot shower, great air conditioning, nice bedding and great security. The Security here is great with static guard and doorman to greet you. The reception is quick and helpful. The great thing is outside the front entrance is a great hotel that provides discounted breakfasts and all meals at 20% off to Tune Customers with the voucher available at the Reception desk. Wifi is provided at check in and is a great signal. Its a 5 minutes walk to Robinsons Mall, Ermita and Mall of Asia is 10 minutes in a metered taxi from the front door. Hint: Always ask for a meter cab. Fixed price Taxi in Manila is a way to get ripped off. Just watch the meter is not a run fast one. Report any taxi that overcharges you. This hotel is close to night life including Cowboy Grill and many local bars if you need a beer. Overal A-

WAS CLEAN, close to central area, save place. And there is a restaurant and shop just on the entrance. I liked it and stayed 4 nights. I will recommand it to anyone travelling alone ... It's quiet modern and fashioned.

I stayed here for 4 days and I totally recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and quality service. The staff are helpful and they have good customer service that's one of the factors i love about this hotel. The rooms are not as big and spacious as other hotels but I assure you that this hotel is clean. They have an excellent wifi connection. The hotel is situated at Mabini Street right in the middle of Manila's "red light district" in Ermita. There are so many bars outside so expect it to be so noisy at night. There are also pick-up girls or G.R.O. along the streets during the night. Don't mind them, they are normal there.

Tips:
*Choose a room on the 8th or 9th floor, 10th floor is the best!
*Present the discount coupon when having lunch or dinner at the restaurant
(avail 20% discount)
*Guests who do not read the terms and conditions of the hotel may end up with issues.
*walking distance to Robinsons Mall and other restaurants near the hotel.
*Don't ride a cab parking outside the hotel. Look for a metered taxi cab.
*Be cautious of the surroundings outside the hotel when walking esp at night.

In the heart of the nightlife, walking distance from Rosas boulevard, you will not find a cleaner room for the money you pay. The rooms are small, as are all tune hotel rooms, but clean! Good shower as well. The concept of the tune chain is you have to pay for everything. Air on, towel, tv.... Etc... Nevertheless it's a good deal. If you care about clean rooms, this is the place!

Fell inlove with its simplicity! Neat & clean (the rooms are a little tight but very well kept and comfortable), very accomodating staff who would go out of their way just to make sure all is well, accessible (10mins to MOA, 15-20mins to airport) , convenient ( there's 7/11 at the lobby and just 10mins walkt to robinsons manila) and budget friendly! I bet we can even get better rates when we book earlier. Two thumbs up!

I stayed here with my girlfriend last valentines day, we both just got in manila from business trip and we were so tired to go home to our individual houses to prepare for our date. I decided to book this hotel because of its proximity to my gf office and to robinsons malate.
We had a very good experience, the guard on duty was attentive and helpful - he even helped me with my luggage towards the lobby. Check in and out was smooth. Room was clean, bathroom is clean.. sheets are clean.. no bad smell in the room.. but the room is a bit small.. but will work for 2 people who are really close.. ehehe.. location is very very good..
traffic was bad that night because everyone was out having a date.. we just took a walk to reach places.. will definitely book this hotel again if the need arises..

I have stayed in many Tune hotels all over asia and the UK. I choose Tune when arriving in an unknown city as I know I will get a comfortable bed and pillows, clean white sheets and a good shower. I then look at other hotels close by to see if I can get a cheaper room. In Manila this was the best hotel for the money, I looked in many hotels and they were dirty and smelly and not even close to the standard of Tune. I therefore came back to Tune when I needed to return to Manila to catch my flight out.
In reference to the street sceen, the working ladies leave you alone unless you are interested in them. You also get 20% discount in the Irish bar down stairs and a good value breakfast. Its definately a hotel I would use again if I am back in Manila.
