A very smart hotel with all that you would expect from a hotel of this standing. Luxurious lobby, comfortable bedrooms, smart restaurants and good service. A pleasant pool area until loud pop music was played, we had to leave in the end, this isn't a cheap all inclusive hotel but that is what it resembled with this music blasting out.
For breakfast there was an amazing variety of foods on offer, we also ate in the restaurants for lunch and dinner. A good choice available but difficult to find just a snack as the portions were quite large for meals like pasta and pizza. The only factor not up to scratch was the service in the Chinese restaurant, they dropped 3 menus in the middle of the table and walked off!

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the bay: magnificent.

Very pleasant stay. This hotel has been consistant for many years, keeping the charm and character of this historical building. Service is excellent, plenty of amenities and very convenient location to explore Manila. The breakfast is exceptional.

Room Tip: Bay view is nice.

First impression didnt last! Your pretty building facade has been compromised by the worst customer service ever even by the so called assistant manager that seemed to be undergoing OJT. I meant to relax but my first hour of stay has become a nightmare and my experience will be told. No sincere apology for their own fault and nothing was done to make me feel better after some of the staff had stressed me out. I have gone to smaller and cheaper hotels and ive had better experiences than here. I know you should support local hotels but never again! Do i want to cancel my booking and get refunded? I can, but for another hassle of changing hotels? I thought id share this to the world.

A short stay was more than enough. I have been visiting Manila regularly for forty years and have experienced most five star hotels. This hotel has the potential to be the finest but over the recent years it has been allowed to become only a faint shadow of its former self. The rooms are dark and tired. The staff are not neat and very casual in attitude. Generally, there has been a total lack of proper maintenance. Oddly, the buffet/dining area which has been added on is modern and is totally unlike the hotel proper. Dress code here is non existent and the grand foyer is occupied often by persons in shorts and thongs! So sad to see a historical icon deteriorate. Why?

#MyManilaHotelTour experienced has gives us a lot of unforgettable memories! Personally I really appreciated their services from bookings to our rooms, to the cafeteria, to valley park and to the other functions of the hotel... All staff are really on smiles and very accommodating and really having find time to give us their attentions though it was a week-ends full of visitors at that time. Our rooms was very elegant and its facing in front the Intramuros area our bed was good enough for us to sleep on! :) The location is quite good it's near with the Rizal Park so we have to get a chance to drop by and take pictures at the monuments of Dr. Jose Rizal. The ammenities were good, it has a great lobby to stay with a must try "The Cafe Ilang-Ilang" resto Chef's are all with smiles willing to serve you whatever you wish to take on your table, those foods are very indulging!!! Can't resists to eat... sira ang diet namin lahat ;)

What we really like here is ... the way they treat people esp. when have many inquiries, the pool has a lot to do with my daughter and my hubby it was their never ending bonding time.. actually all of us enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool! Oh wait... not to mentioned pala we have a freebies of take out cake of the month from pasties services. Thank you and till next time again Mla Hotel! ;)

When you enter the hotel lobby, it's like you traveled back in time. The room is also a combination of old and new, mostly wood furniture but the toilet has a waterproof TV. The pool area has beautiful couches and their breakfast was very good, selection and taste wise. It was not very accessible via commute, better to drive or use a taxi.

I stayed here a couple of times on business. It's a historical hotel with classic Spanish style decor. The hotel is showing its age and has gone through some renovation. The rooms are good sized and the beds are comfortable. The staff is professional and helpful. If you like to stay in classic, historical hotels, this is the place for you.
