I've been to this hotel several times before, but it's only because it's one of the cheaper hotels in Manila. Though it has gotten a little better since they had renovated the lobby and restauraunt. But the rooms are same old same old. Since I live in the Philippines, I'm used to seeing cockroaches and all those things. But I must warn you that if you aren't use to those little critters, you should stay away from these rooms. The breakfast really isn't the best, you could just go across the road to buy some fastfood and that would be better. The workers are pretty nice though.

The wheels fell of my suitcase just next door to this hotel. They had a 1500 PHP incl B/F offer
which was ok for what you get. The hotel is dated, it has the only split aircon which is noisy I know. Traffic nois all night , bring your EARPLUGS. Location is not bad 5 to 10 min by jeepny
to the Landmark and Greenbelt (really nice center) shoppingcenter. Soon there will be one close by open.

I do not know who wrote previous comments but this place is grubby, dirty, smelly, noisy and falling apart, not to mention the breakfast fit for dogs and a joke for an internet, how did i got into this? I will cancel the stay if i had not already paid, Better and cheaper hotels in area, the more i think about this place the more upset i get, it's your money do not waste it in this place. I travel round the world a lot and i normally do not write reviews but i have to warn other travellers about this place

For the price it costs it is a really good deal. Located right in the heart of Makati Inwangsan Hotel is a nice small hotel where we felt safe and good. The rooms are big, TV, AC and fridge worked well. Just the mattresses are unusually hard. But after sleeping there 1 night we felt fine the next morning. Staff is friendly but not overwhelming.
Beside the lobby is a korean restaurant but out on the street are also other options to eat or dine.

Room Tip: Booking via the hotel's own website is cheap as walk-in. other websites might be costlier. We st...

If you are just looking for a place to sleep right in the middle of the city, near all the pub...fast food chain and very accessible to the heart of Ayala business center then this is a good place to consider. It definitely served my purpose of booking. I was looking for a hotel where it's near my workplace so I don't have to go home the following day as I need to fetch someone at the airport early in the morning. It's an old hotel, judging from the elevator, the yellow-tarnished walls and even the style. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food being served was just ok, with a korean touch. The room's really not that fancy even the bathroom but what I liked about it is it's very near my office. Though it's almost a 30-minute walk from my workplace to the hotel but there's no problem at all. The way going there is like walking along the shore of purely commercial establishments - busy but safe.

Room Tip: Their one and only elevator broke down when we checked out. We we're on the 6th floor with quite...

I wasnt sure what to expect after reading reviews, seemed like a mixed bag.
Is only ok, in need of renovation for sure, cracked tiles, extremely grubby paintwork, poor quality beds. Wouldnt stay here again, other better options in this price range

We always stay here every time we have something to do in Manila. It is near the Makati Business district and pretty safe location. The elevator is a bit old but safe. Also, there's wifi inside the rooms plus drinkable water access every floor. Call in advance if you have to chance to secure a better room with a good view.

Room Tip: If you want a good view of the city at night, please ask the reception to put you in a room with fro...
