Better print out a map pointing out the place so taxi drivers and pedestrians can tell you where the street is. Even the local drivers plying Nakpil street don't know where the hotel is. Don't bother walking around the area at night so you can avoid getting robbed or hustled by unscrupulous people in the surrounding squatter's area (informal settlers). The adjacent apartment buildings have a vantage view of the Leez Inn rooms. It is best that you shut your curtains if you want some privacy.

Dear Pax34,

We are sorry to hear you had a hard time finding our hotel. As we are quite new, some taxi drivers are yet to learn about our exact lcation. Although the number of guests who experience the same difficulty looking for our hotel has minimized greatly the past months, still, we will try our best to provide more information regarding direction on how to reach our hotel.

With regards to our neighborhood, please allow me to inform that they are not informal settlers, nor squatters. They are legitimate residents, ordinary families but decent people. Not rich, but definitely not robbers.

We hope to welcome you again in the future.

Regards,
Paula

This hotel is actually centrally located. Though in several reviews, you can see that most people feel it is remotely located.

The thing is, you just have to really know where it is exactly.

Here are some tip to those who wish to try this beautiful hotel, which is fairly priced as well.

First, let me tell you that it is located in Nakpil Street, which is a popular street in Manila. From the hotel, if you walk straight at Nakpil street, you will reach Taft Avenue in 5 minutes. Taft Avenue is where the main public transportation is. (train, bus, jeepneys, etc)

Right outside the hotel, there are public jeepneys that pass right in front of the hotel. Literally in front of the hotel, you just ride that for 7 pesos and you get off at the Robinsons Mall in 5 minutes depending on traffic condition.

The problem with taxi drivers in Manila is that they always pretend that they do not know the location even though they do so they have the reason to go around and charge you more than the real fare. So, I suggest you print a map and show them where to go right away.

When you reach the hotel, going around will never be a problem anymore as the friendly staffs and security guards will get you a cab anytime. Just ask and they are more than happy to help.

As for the rooms, I assure you, this hotel has better rooms than any 3 star hotels in Manila. Very nice and modern. Besides it is brand new. For the price, it is definitely a must try!

Simple but updated little hotel in the heart of the city. Everything is located nearby, you just have to know how to go. The staffs are very much willing to show the way, how to take the public transportation, call you a cab, carry your luggage, etc. They are really helpful.

Rooms are nice, very modern and new. They just opened few months back so they are actually brand new.

The location in not in a touristy area but is very accessible and strategically located.

The breakfast is nice, it has different options which changes daily, presented very well and filling enough.

I will definitely stay here again, you cant go wrong with this hotel, specially with their price, this is the best hotel you can find.

Great deal for a budget hotel. Its relatively new. The room is decent size, with safe, good TV, AC, free wifi, shower and fridge. Its simple and convenient. The breakfast changes every day (one option per day) and you can get water and other drinks downstairs. Right next to the hotel is very affordable laundry service, internet cafes (they also have computers in the lobby), supermarkets, restaurants etc. everything you need. Its not located in the nicest or most touristy area but that makes everything more affordable and taxis are cheap. The staff is very nice and always helpful. There is no elevator and my room was on the 5th floor but I don't mind walking the stairs and the staff would always carry bigger things for you like your luggage. I highly recommend this place as a budget hotel and would stay there again.

Room Tip: 5th floor was good, idk about other floors
