Reviewed 7 December 2013

There are so many worthy performances at CCP in Manila,,,,, it is difficult to imagine the torn, dirty rugs on all four floors! This is a Center for the ARTS... and the smell of dirty torn carpets is Musty,,,so maybe the filters on the Air Condition could be Changed also,,,, A much better Review can be written provided this Center for the Cultural Arts ,, Cleans Its ACT!

“Nice venue (with a slight Soviet twist)”
Reviewed 17 November 2013

This is a nice place overall with good auditoriums, open entrance areas and good access / parking from downtown Manila.

I kinda liked the slightly "Soviet Era" feel to the place with its heavy concrete construction and spartan interior, and they didn't seem to mind me hanging around to take pictures either!

If you're there just to visit, there not much (beyond a few modest sized exhibitions in side rooms) but it looks like a good place to see a show or event.

I've always enjoyed watching plays and musicals here. it has always been a world class feeling and experience, the very talented people never failed to amaze us ad my entire family when we watch the ballerinas and the actors from time to time.

“Great artists in a faded setting”
Reviewed 9 September 2013

The building and facilities are generally in need of upgrading, but it only slightly detracted from the great season opening concert of the Philippines Philharmonic O a few days ago. The local musicians and the guest flautist were all spectacular. Unfortunately, the venue wasn't very full even for this major event. I hope the place can be renovated before long, although with the low ticket prices I don't think that will be a source of revenue for that investment.

“Famous in Graduation”
Reviewed 28 August 2013

Along Roxas Boulevard near Sofitel Hotel and Coconut Palace. This is the place where some concerts were held, but since there are new activity place like Mall of Asia Arena, this place was not used most often. This place is more commonly used during graduation of the students of some Universities.
