It's a dump of a place but there's a lot of stuff in there - and a lot cheaper than you'd pay elsewhere. There's a reasonable selection of cheap eating places and a fairly large SM. There's dozens of places to buy phones, electronics etc. There's even a Chapel if you need a quick fix between your manicure and your grocery shop.
The mall is very old. Have some nice stores and a lot of hallway vendors. Second level is somewhat empty. Air conditioning not enough.
This was the first mall built in Manila in the 60s, it is now old, but bargains are to be had and there are always lots of great items to buy.there are also many places to have a massage there.Everyone is very friendly, A few people selling dodgy DVDs, but not pushy.great place to people watch
Been here on several occasions ,the place is very run down and in need of renovation .Men on there own are always getting propositioned by pimps trying to sell girls ,all around the central area are girls wanting to sell there body ,visit at your own peril and keep youself to yourself and talk to nobody except the shop staff
At first I thought I'd gone back in time like the 70s as it wasn't the best but I got what I wanted and people were nice even the persistent guy trying to sell me viagra which I don't need "wink", went to a food hall and had two meats for 100 peso and it was lovely even went back for more cos I'm fat ! Lol.
Got my wifi sorted upstairs next to Octagon and the girls were really helpful so all good and they have their Christmas deco up lol
This mall should be upgraded. It is old and run down. The parking area is a mess specially when it rains. The only saving grace is that there is a Shoemart within the complex.
