For pizza and pasta lovers, this is a nice restaurant to try. Apparently owned by the Filipino actor Cesar Montano, the place is cozy with really nice staff. It is a perfect place for a perfect date. At the second floor, there are days when there are musicians who plays lovely music to serenade you. Parking though is a problem. But overall, this is a highly recommended restaurant.

I heard this was a setup by local celebrities, so I visited it once and took a look. I did not eat there as there were no customers around, the staff were at the entrance talking and enjoying their life doing nothing.

One doesn’t have to go to Rome to do as the Romans do—at least not when it comes to eating. The restaurant offers Italian food with flares of Filipino tang. The Sicily pizza is my personal favorite and it tastes superior compared to Sicily pizzas in Europe! One should not miss the Cesare iced tea too. This is a pandanus fusion with bursts of pineapple. I have a personal study documenting the elemental content of this iced tea from Bellissimo Ristorante . I used an energy dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry method to determine its elemental composition and the here are the results: the iced tea is an excellent source of Selenium (an important mineral in the body), zinc, copper and magnesium; none of the minerals exceed the limits set by the Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water; there were no harmful minerals found in significant concentrations. The iced tea removes head aches even the bad ones (the molecular mechanism I dont know but it works!).
