We stayed overnight and we are happy. Rooms are clean provided with small sink.they said they have kitchen in upper floor that guest can use for a fee. In front of hospital. There is lounge where you can relax. Near the main road and there is a coffee shop. Nice place and not too expensive.

Just been back here for another night, and once again the rooms are great, the price still the same from 18 months ago and the staff all still kind and polite. I love this place. Internet is now done by free voucher, once you have used up the first one they will give you more. I notice that down the road (walking distance) is Cowboy Grill and I plan to check out this famous live music venue next time I'm in Manila. Thanks Lemontree, you rock. Please open another one in Makati!

Room Tip: Pay for the executive suite, it's worth the extra dough.

Stayed here February of last year and I can say that this is a great hotel, small but it was really cozy. The bed was super soft and the bathroom was great.
the rooms were small but we didnt feel cramped. the staff were very accomodating and friendly.
breakfast can be served in your room and figarro serves it. its very accessible and it is infront of a hospital. from the outside you wouldnt think that its good since it looks small though theres an awe factor to the hotel.
The area is very accessible and its along Quezon Ave., you can walk to the scout area and there are a lot of restaurants near here. It is also near timog and tomas morato which has a very good night life.
The lobby of the hotel though was non existent since as you enter the door the front desk is right there. But at least there was a guard who was there 24/7 so it made me feel safe even at the wee hours of the day

i would want to go here again and i like to recommend it to people since the price is right and you get the most bang for your buck

i love our room! we got a free upgrade. the room was huge and we're just two. everything was spic and span. bathroom was super clean. loved it since i'm very particular with that. the employees are courteous and accommodating. only thing i didn't like is limited options for room service. you can only order from figaro which is the coffee shop at the ground floor. or have mc donald's delivery.

but over all the place is amazing! i'd definitely come back :)

I stayed here for three nights based on the good reviews I had read. I was very disappointed as the other place I had tossing up between this and the other was so much better. The room was extremely clean, the television worked well, with lots of channels, the room was decent sized, it was more like a place you would stay if you needed to be close to someone at the hospital. The area that the hotel was in was horrible, there was no view from the room, I was just looking out onto another wall and the staff were not that helpful, except the cleaning lady and the security guard.
The coffee shop figaro had really good coffee and often the meals were good, not always, but there was no-where else to go for food. I felt a little trapped in this hotel because of how awful the surrounding area was. There were squatters living in the street. On the upside the hospital was across the road so it was not hard to get a taxi to escape the ugly area. Water was not provided for guests, not close to restaurants.
I would not recommend this place for a holiday stay, area is scary, hotel so/so.

Room Tip: If you want to be able to look out a window this is not the hotel for you

Since my friends live in Quezon City, it made sense for me to stay at a nearby hotel. If you don't know Manila, traffic is horrendous. I usually stay in Makati/Malati since that is the business/upscale shopping district, but it can take forever to go from there to Quezon City. If you have business to do in Quezon, then I highly recommend Lemon Tree Inn. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms very clean, and most importantly, MODERN with AC, refrigerator, flat-screen. The room was nicely furnished and looked new and modern. For the same price, you wouldn't get as nice accomodations in say Ermita or Makati. There is not even a comparison! I was very comfortable for my 3 nights. There is a hospital across the street called Capital Medical so you can just tell the taxi driver to take you there.

The one negative, which they need to change, is the way internet (wi-fi) is used. It's free and works pretty well, but you have to log-in every single time you want to use it. In today's modern world, who wants to do that? I couldn't use ichat since my iphone wasn't always connected. This was extremely annoying! A pleasant positive was the small amount of laundry I needed cleaned only cost $150 pesos and took only one day to get back to me nicely folded. Overall, a very great experience!

Just as we said we would, we returned to Lemon Tree Inn again. Service is just as good. Hubby arrived in the Philippines before I did, so I arranged for airport pick up. He also forgot to print his hotel reservation, and was already on his way to catch his flight to the Philippines when he remembered. I called to see what could be done, and surprisingly they still remembered what hubby looked like, and said they did not need a copy of the reservation as they still remembered him from half a year ago. Airport pick up came a bit late, and I was a bit worried as I was also in transit in another airport overseas. Called the hotel, and they were immediately on it. They got that sorted out, and hubby arrived safe and sound. Now he needs to stay on for about a month, while I was able to stay for only a long weekend and get back to work. It's been almost a week since I left, and today he tore his leg up coming out of a cab. Tried to get him to go to the emergency room at the hospital across the street, but one of the hotel staff has a nursing background and tended to hubby's leg quite skillfully, telling me not to worry. Needless to say I can truly rest easy that he is in good hands, many thanks to the very accommodating staff including Chester, Gie-lai, Lisa, Charlie, and Salome and all the other people who work at the Lemon Tree Inn. You're doing a great job!
