Staff was so slow.. I was asking for some slippers and took me 4 times to follow that request. It's like they don't want to move. However I got to have they're breakfast buffet it was so good. I love the daing, fried rice, juice and sweetened ham. Overall it was clean. Just the staff. Hope they could do something about it.

One great thing about this place is its location. It is very near to malls and public transport. On the downside, you can hear street noise. The room is okay. It pretty has all the basic things of a studio room but i don't think the bed is comfortable enough though. The washroom is okay but in my room, there never was any hot/cold shower. I have both options but they only have the same temperature so I should say it was just a shower.

I don't think I shall be coming back in this hotel in the future. Nothing really stands out here apart from the location.

I stayed at Eurotel North Edsa for 3days and 2 nights with my parents.. and for me its a great value for money!

here are the reasons why I'm giving Eurotel North Edsa an Excellent rating..

first: best rates!!! the rates are cheap considering the kind of room you'll be getting and the service they'll be giving to you. I stayed at their Euro Suite2 room good for 3 persons( it has a queen size bed and a solo bed) my parents stayed at the queen and I stayed on the solo bed (obviously) the room may not be as big as other hotels if you get a suite room, but I tell you the room is more than what you'll be needing! great ambiance and very cozy.. restroom so nice, everything is up to date from rain fall shower head, telepone shower, body shower and a bathtub, everything you'll be looking for on a bathroom.

second: very friendly staff!!!

third: affordable food with great taste!!! I enjoyed the crispy pata (crispy pork knuckle) and the beef salpicao.

fourth: BEST LOCATION!!! whenever I get bored on my room I just walk a few meters and across the hotel is SM NORTH EDSA, great shopping experience and lots of food choices..

and lastly: fast wifi.. I'm a traveler that loves posting things on my FB page so I certainly need a great wifi speed.. Eurotel has it so thank you so much!!! LOL!!!

so will I recommend this? ABSOLUTELY YES!!!!

Great value+best experience

Room Tip: no pool... if you could put a pool on your hotel then I'll never leave the place. haha

Well, after reading the bad reviews, I was pretty skeptical. But, if you want to be literally across the street from North EDSA Mall and Trinoma Mall, this is the place to be. Having stayed three nights now, and changing rooms each time, here are some thoughts:
The standard and studio rooms have no refrigerator or comforter on the bed. The suites ("Eurosuites") do. Although the fridge may not matter to you, sleeping under only a sheet with no other top layer was pretty uncomfortable to me. So, I'd definitely suggest going with a suite. However, most of the suites have windows, and in this part of town, that means some pretty bad 24/7 NOISE. If you sleep deeply, or have ear plugs, you might get by. I simply transferred to a suite without windows, and found it perfect. The lack of a window is also nice because it means no sunlight to annoy you in the morning. Also, if you want ice or something from the front desk, just go down to the front desk and get it. If you call down and wait for it, well, lets just say you may be waiting a while. Breakfast was what you would expect for a place in this price range. It's ok.
One last thing, I was impressed by the friendly and accommodating attitude of the staff each time I asked to transfer rooms. They even took me to see a few rooms so that I'd be sure I was happy. Overall, considering the relatively low cost by western standards ($50 for a suite), I'm satisfied, and will probably return.

All you get is a pad with sheets that do not stay on bed. Management really needs to be changed, sever times they had meeting in the lobby ( thats also where the restaurant is) and all they did is yell and laugh. not good for people eating. busboys were in charge of Filipino stye breakfast never a cook looking at food. Several times food or coffee ran out and busboys do not care or the management. Only when a customer asked did food get added. No napkins either, water down fruit drinks toaster that eat the bread and not easy to get out.
Looks like all the money went to the lobby and the uniforms. Always 4 or 5 people around desk and not one in charge. Maintenance on building is bad, window in my room need to be replaced but all they did is screw it so it would not open and it had a gap under it that let in rain
Gap in window let a lot of noise and smell in. Hand rails in elevators where loose in both of them, Half the time you have to ride up and down with the room cleaning cart. Big reason for that is you have to ask to have room cleaned and that means turning in you room key card in at desk. The cleaning boys come down with their cart to get the key card to clean room. They never clean tubs or sinks or make sure toilet paper is full. They use a soft broom to clean the carpets and I do not think there is a vacuum in the whole place. So carpet in room is very dirty
I clean the drain to get the water in the tub to drain. Flat screen TV that is screwed on the wall so the only way to watch it is in a chair right in front. To low for bed
The 2nd floor opens out to the street so you will find anyone up stairs, there are a lot of scatterers on the street so they will steal what the can
Always keep all locks locked on door and do not leave valuables there
This place is good for on night if all you want is to change clothes and sleep on a hard pad
The whole management needs replaced
There is a lot more but

Stayed at Eurotel over a 2 week period. 1st week was in a studio room with queen bed and window and 2nd week in a studio room with queen bed and no window this time.

Pros of hotel
- Daily buffet breakfast (nothing fancy but good enough)
- Price is reasonable
- Across from SM North Edsa via pedestrian bridge
- Taxi fare to Airport, Divisoria and Greenhills is about 200 pesos depending on traffic
- Easy to catch a taxi or jeepney
- Quiet along as you stay in a room with no window
- free wifi access
- Friendly staff
- Interior Presentation of hotel is good for a budget hotel

Cons:
- Noisy if you stay in a room with window
- Pillows, blankets and Mattress are very poor quality

Overall, I would probably stay here again, as its across from SM and theres no need to worry about catching a taxi or traffic.

I stayed at this location in July and I was so impressed with the staff, the service and the food that I wanted to stay there again in October.

The management team accommodated my requests and went above and beyond to assist me with my reservation. They were prompt in answering my emails and we worked together to book my stay.

Once again, the stay was enhanced by their helpful and friendly staff, The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and the room service food orders were delicious.

PS. In response to a previous poster's comment about the hotel not being European because she was from Europe, uh, this is Asia; so when in Asia one can expect things to be different from one's home country.

Room Tip: Ask for a room without any outside walls, it will be quieter. The traffic in Manila is horrible s...
