This is a chain of hug restaurant offering Filipino dishes.Their most famous dish is their fried chicken. They cooked it in a very different way, the chicken is very tender, crispy and the skin becomes so thin it almost become part of the meat. Another thing to try would be the camote fries which is like french fries but using sweet potato. But the good Filipino dishes to try here is their Kare-kare sinigang, lumpiang ubod, sisig, to name a few. The food cost is average...meaning, you are only paying a bit more for fastfood prices but for a decent meal...almost homecooked. The service is usually fast and good and you will almost not do bad in the ordering of food.

I've always loved Max, and this place has never given me a cause for grief. The food is always excellent and served in a timely fashion, and the servers are plentiful, courteous, and effficient. We held my son's baptism here last February , and it was a success. No hassles, no surprises. I'll definitely be coming back again and again.

This is a fast foodie type of chicken chain in the Philippines. Food is average. Chicken is ok. Crispy para not up to par. Feels like a noisy fish market minus the fish as most guests are noisy and rowdy. Guess people here grew up with this restaurant and are nostalgic about it. Otherwise not Really worth the stomach space

we went to max sct tuazon as a family of about 15 people. with no reservation on a late saturday noon, we were able to get a long table overlooking the pond. we had chicken, sinigang na hipon n baboy, binagoongan, sweet n sour fish and chicken sisig. no problem waiting for our orders except for the sisig w/c came in really late.for dessert, we were looking for fresh mangoes, but there were none, so some opted for buko pandan, w/c was bitin, ang konti. overall, the food was good, still the same quality. may i just suggest smaller dinner plates because the size of their plates overcrowds the tables. and also i just wonder why it takes so long for the receipt and change to be delivered. i hope they can work on that aspect, since it sometimes ruins an otherwise enjoyable eating experience.

I grew up with eating Max's fried chicken and it is still far the best fried chicken for Filipinos taste. Our family, including our childen, loves going to Max's.

Max's also serves authentic Filipino dishes, to those traveling to the Philippines and has limited time to try our food, go to Max's - where almost all Pinoy dishes are served.
