“Perfect Location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 July 2013

We've stayed in this hotel back in 2008 for one night and repeated it two weeks ago. The reason we didn't try a new place is, the hotel is clean and staff are professional. In addition, the hotel has extremely good location. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to Arjantin Caddesi where most of nice places are, and Panora Shopping Mall which is one of the nicest malls in Ankara. We don't travel Ankara too much, but mostly we'll stay in the same hotel the next time.

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 February 2012

Very nice hotel. Located in a nice neighborhood with nice neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. Greeted every time outside by helpful Bell staff. As you walk through the front door you notice the modern and well kept lobby and restaurant. Room was very nice good sized, larger than a regular hotel room. Nice flat screen TV. Only one English language channel (BBC). Nice size marble bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Nice sitting area. Restaurant was wonderful. White table clothes and good service. Most of staff speaks very little or very limited English. Spa was okay. Feels like you are in a basement. Exercise equipment is very old and poor quality. Gym only consists of four pieces of cardio equipment (Elliptical, Treadmill, Stationary Bikes) and is located next to the pool. Pool water is kept very warm for some reason, almost like a spa, and the whole pool area and gym is incredibly hot, so had no desire to use the cardio equipment. Turkish Bath was very nice. Stayed her on business and enjoyed it, and would stay again.

4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 September 2009

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending an engagement party, staff very helpful and friendly, problem with lock on door first night. On reporting this to the manager was dealt with promptly and staff moved us to another room straight away. Breakfast very good and varied. Staff always smiled an all together pleasant and happy stay...would recommend for a short stay. Going back end of September for a wedding......
Word of warning to young families, the area is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs as the pavements in the area are quite raised, broken and there seems to be no consistency on where they start or stop....roads are busy too....
