The hotel accomnmodations for our wedding extending for three day stay there at the Bilkent
Hotel was superb and could not have been better.Too me bottom line it (the Bilkent Hotel) represents the new Turkey as envisioined by the Great Leader of Modern Turkey "Ataturk". Having previously lived in Ankara in the 1960's
training the Turkish PTT on a USAID contract, I could not have imagined more positive attributes for the better. The barrios are gone ..The only thing that had not changed was Ataturk's Mausoleum, the rail tracks, Embassy Row and Gazi Osman Pasha Boulevard,.
I should have known that when a third night was requested but not availble that these accommodations were sought after. Though our extra night was equally pleasant at the Gordion Hotel off Buklum Sokak.More
