This hotel, and its staff are really great!
-super clean
-great pool, dining, bar and relaxing areas
-not too big, very personable
-excellent staff, super friendly
-great view and just a short walk to the beach
-rooms have private balconies!
-AMAZING fresh food every day included in the 'all inclusive'
-overall I am totally impressed, way better than I expected.

Note that the rooms are not huge, but they are very clean and well-kept. Barely was in the room anyway. Also note that you need to bring your own beach towel / sarong to lay by the pool/beach

I have just returned from Bodrum, and I have to say, that this hotel is really good! For this price is really good standard, there is very friendly and helpful staff, and location is totally great! You are just 2 minutes by walking from the center of Bodrum! For night life is perfect! From hotel you can see all Bodrum, and sea view is really amazing! Food in the hotel is also good, not many choices, but always find something delicious! In the hotel are two swimming pools, so you don't need to walk to the beach, which in Bodrum are not so perfect like in other places in Turkey. I would recommend this hotel for young people, who mainly want to enjoy night life, take sunbath on the pool, and spend holiday in pleasant environment. I have really enjoyed my stay in this hotel!
Ps. Don't be fooled by the friendly dog, that will welcome you! There is no way, because HE IS LAYZY AND SLEEPS ALL DAY LONG :-)))

May wife and I got "bumped up" to this hotel when the place we booked with made a mistake. The room was nice, the setting is quaint, and the included breakfast and dinner (we were half-board, not all inclusive) was very good. Maybe it was the way we looked, or that they knew we had booked at a (very slightly) cheaper hotel, but the staff mostly treated us like we were second citizens. We're a couple in our early 30s, and almost everyone else was either a child, or well into their 40s. I feel like we didnt get great service. It wasnt bad, but I've stayed at much cheaper hotels in Turkey that provided much better service. The pools are great. As other people have pointed out, the place has a lot of signs outlining what you can't do... No using appliances (iron) in the room, no outside food or drink, on and on. I ignored most of these rules. The free wifi was spotty at best. We had to walk outside of our room to even get a signal. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the public beach and about 20 minutes from the center of town and on a steep hill. The beds were old and very hard.

Room Tip: Unless you plan on spending all your time at the hotel (and it's Bodrum, so that would be rediculous) the all inclusive price really isn't worth it. It only gets you lunch and well drinks at the bar. The good stuff is extra.

Set on a high mountain with great views of Bodrum marine.
Suitable for couples looking for a bit of fun, nor really for families with young children.
Service is good, food is also good, waiter are very friendly and helpfull.
A short walk DOWN hill to the sea front about 1KM.City centre is also very busy from about 10 in the morning to very late at night, all seeling much of the same things.

Do not expect a megaresort with hundreds of rooms filled with foodgobbling tourists. This is a very nice, boutiquelike, small all-inclusive hotel, built as a Turkish hillvillage with little streets and lots of stairs. It mainly caters for those who are looking for a place near the beach, bars and the centre (4 min steep descend by foot and you are there) but still would like to enjoy some peace and quiet during their trip, for those who like a room with a view (which is stunning) and for those who do not like screaming children around the pool (the place does not have anything to offer in terms of entertainment for kids).
The rooms are very clean, the food is quite nice, although variation and the offered selection of fruits leaves something to be desired, and, best of all, the staff is very nice and helpful and seem happy in their jobs.
I would recommend booking a suite, since the prices do not differ that much from the normal rooms, but the suites offer a great terrace with a comfortable daybed/bench and, in some cases, views over the Bodrum harbour and Castle to die for. The steep hill to the hotel is certainly a challenge for older people and those who have trouble walking, but taxis are nearby.
In short: an excellent place, where we will surely return some day.
