“Take me back now!!”
Reviewed 7 November 2013

I highly recommend this hotel!, was such a great holiday, there isn't one bad thing to say about it, the scene was lovely, the beach side was incredible, the pool side was always a great environment as the animation team never failed to entertain!, the food was good Aswell. The night time entertainment was great the animation team: Gino Polina akash and furkan always put on a good show, even though it was the end of the session their efforts never dropped! The live music in cafe Turk was also really good was a lively environment to be in! The disco late at night was also really good and enjoyable! All of the staff were so nice and friendly which was great! I had the best two weeks and was the best holiday I've been on yet, this was my second year there and I can say that it just gets better! And is enjoyable to the whole family as their is things to do for everyone.

We arrived in the early hours to a queue of two coach loads off our flight, this was pretty frustrating and add to that our room wasn't what we paid for i.e double suite and sea view. The night receptionist said he couldn't help but next morning we got moved without any fuss to exactly what we wanted, room 4425 with a lounge and two huge bedrooms one double and one with 3 single beds. We had the biggest balcony with a fabulous view!
Yes the carpets had some stains but really it'll be all the drunken vodka and cokes spilt! It DID NOT smell..... Must have been well cleaned.
Our cleaner was lovely, nothing too much trouble she insisted we ask her our every need, and brought us 2 lots of towels when she had a day off even though another cleaner did our room that day. She also did the swans thing :-) and of course we tipped her but she was worth it.
Steps - yes we managed in our 4o's with teens.... Wouldn't have wanted to bring a less than fit elderly parent.
We liked the Lobby Bar in the evening for people watching, the drinks were all OK I tried all the wines and a few cocktails plus the gin vodka and of course the beer which is Efes it's nice. ( tonic is awful tho)
The pool area is clean and tidy, really pretty, the staff do a dance on the bridge at tennish in the morning, then aqua gym in the pool with the guy Akash dressed as a woman! It's quite sweet really they walk round saying a good morning to everyone on sun beds. Then there is all the usual entertainment Darts, Archery, Water Polo.... A pool bar, nice helpful bartenders never a problem at all.
There is Cafe Turk with a singer and pool tables, table tennis and people that talk through his performance poor bloke, another bar here and nice outdoor seating.
Round the pool if Billy from The Red Dragon talks to you give it a try - a Chinese was a nice change and for £20 per person you get your lift there and home plus a drink and 3 courses then coffee. We took an hour shopping too bought some Converse shoes whilst there saved us the hassle of going to the market the next day.
We hired a car for two days but security wouldn't let the car hire guy in and that was a palava but the area was worth exploring we had a lovely meal at The Garden in Bodrum and we went round the Castle.
Food - I can't lie and say it was brilliant but the soups were always good, fresh bread and butter. Lots of salads and cakes. The hot food limited choices but some stuff was good, the chicken gardener...looked like thai green curry, tasted good. Always rice and a potato dish. Always veg. A couple of meat and a fish. One night I ate what it called Turkey but it was too dark and meaty to be turkey however it was gorgeous! Best thing all week that!
Try the slide pool - with pizza up there and don't miss the sea area it's stunning down there! My girls went snorkeling.
I would recommend this place we had a lovely relaxing break and not one of us had any stomach issues whatsoever!

Had 2 weeks here 7th Oct - 21st. Stayed in a room in the main hotel block. Nice big rooms. Had a excellent view of the pool, Bay and Sunset every night. I read in an earlier review a complaint about the state of the carpets. They could do with replacing but not really something complain about, Unless you sit in your room staring at them for the duration of your holiday. The resort is huge, definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties which is stated clearly when you go through the booking process.

Food was fine, Salads and fruit plentiful, Something on the BBQ in the evening. Impossible to go hungry. Ate several lunches in the shack down by the sea that serves fresh rotisserie chicken which was always nice. Especially good when you got one straight off the spit. Not forgetting the lady in the hut next door who makes the ''Gozleme'' bread all day everyday, Lovely stuff. We ate 1 meal in the International a la carte, which was an absolute shambles. The restaurant opened at 19.30, our booking was 19.45, There was 1 other table in before us, and they had already ran out of 1 of the 2 starter choices. Food and drinks were being sent to the wrong tables, wrong food coming to our table etc. The food was nice, but the service was a total mess.

We ventured out every other night into both Bodrum and Gumbet. If you carry on into Gumbet you'll find the drinks and food to be approximately half of what you pay in Bodrum, its also cheaper to go by taxi than the bus if there is car full. We ate at the Red Dragon in town, Booked with BIlly at the the hotel. Nice meal, good value too.

The one thing that let this hotel down was the service from the staff and the inconsistencies throughout the bars. The staff at this resort were so miserable, The receptionist had a serious attitude problem. The bar staff appeared to make things up regarding paying for drinks e.g trying to charge 10e for own brand liqueur at the lobby bar one night..... The friendliest member of the staff was a gardener / groundsman who never failed to say Hi despite working tirelessly from morning to evening tending to the gardens and picking up the rubbish that people left lying around, despite the numerous bins locate throughout the hotel and round the pool.

Just returned from my second visit . Traveled with my husband and 2 17 year olds. We all had a great time and we were very well looked after by the Lovely entertainment staff Polina, Gino, Furkan and Akash. Not forgetting the great guitar player Selim who kept entertained in the Cafe Turk at night. Would definitely return here in the future

We loved our holiday here, the grounds are so well kept, and the scenery is amazing.
We loved being near the jetty and the sea during the day, can't beat snorkelling around in that clear blue water.
The choice of food in the all inclusive is great, could not fault it at all.
The slides was also fun to go on whilst enjoying the sun.
The only thing we found was the lack of music playing in the bar area at the night, but this could of just been a one off, we still really enjoyed the holiday and if you are thinking of going here we would recommend it.

Also, if you are offered to visit a Chinese restaurant in Bodrum DO IT.
They pick you up from the hotel and take you home with a fantastic 2 course meal, and free drink for £20. Best Chinese we have ever had.

For starters everyone was so friendly apart from one guy in the cafe turk who was incredibly moody. The entertainment team were great but as we were one of the last flights out they started shutting down the hotel while we were there, food became limited and entertainment team slacked apart from furkan who was great! The entertainment in cafe turk of an evening was lovely, the man with the guitar and great singing voice(someone needs to sign him). I was appalled to hear a family was having a go at chefs when they try so hard to please us. There was always something to eat and forgive me if i'm wrong but when you go to a foreign country aren't you meant to taste their flavours and food? I would go back at the drop of a hat but just not when the hotel is on shut down.

Just returned from this resort and all I can say is that it was excellent. Could not fault one part of it, really not sure what people are complaining about!! We were worried sick before we left as we had no idea what we letting ourselves in for but i can honestly say it was all fine. Didn't see anybody suffering and being ill. The animation team were absolutely fabulous and had us in stitches, they worked so hard and never seemed to stop, Polina is a credit to the hotel. Food for me was a bit hit and miss but that was because it just wasn't my kind of food but i didn't go hungry. The one thing I would say about this hotel is about some of the staff. They are absolutely miserable at times and had no manners which is a shame as most of the others were fine. Would definitely recommend the turkish bath and massage. You also need to visit the Red Dragon chinese in the centre of Bodrum. Billy comes round the hotel everyday and they pick you up and bring you back. He even arranged apple bobbing for Halloween for the kids!! Pools were cold but as soon as you were in they were fine. The aquapark was a real hit with all the kids also. I will be returning to this hotel in the future.

Room Tip: We did book Club Rooms but were allocated rooms in the main hotel, which i am led to believe are bet...
