The staff are really friendly and helpful ..... hotel and grounds are first class .... the room and furniture was clean but on a budget .

My only concern was the food ,which may not suit a British traveller .whilst you could find something every day a lot of the food was cold . Why no full English I say ! If your happy with cold meats , greens and stuffed bits and bobs its ok . Please do not let this put you off, for the money you pay you cant really fault it and we had a great time .

ps ..... if you fancy a change go down to the restaurant's on the front. You can get a great meal and drink with loads of fun for very little money ... Ask for Turkeys own " Fast Eddy" , he runs a place just up from the front .... what a meal we had there

After reading mixed reviews on this hotel I was really nervous about going but I had nothing to worry about. The reception staff were helpful, the rooms were basic but clean with towels etc being changed daily.

The restaurant was good and you could always find something to eat but the snack bar also provided burger and chips and pide (pizza like) and filled pancakes. The breakfasts weren't to my liking as I prefer the fresh made omelettes to order but now am being fussy. At the beginning of our week the restaurant wasn't as busy so you could always find a table but that changed by the end of the week with a lot more people arriving.

Four pools to choose from which were all clean and tidy and a quiet pool to use to get away from the normal bustle. There was also plenty of bits around the complex to sit and relax in the shade if you wanted too.

The strip where the beach front is was just 2 mins out the back gates of the hotel where you can walk down to the pier if that's the kind of thing that interests you, be prepared for the staff of the bars and restaurants all trying to get you in though.

Overall we had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone who wants to kick back and take things at their own pace. If you do want a bit of excitement the local towns where the busier clubs are is easily accessable by public transport which was reasonably priced and didn't take long but allows a good look around the areas on the way.

Garden Life is a very nice accommodation for people who have children. We have a son (8 years old) and he had the bast time ever in this accommodation. People are very kind and helpful. And the Animation team was great for the kids, and of course for parents was also plenty to do. The water in the pool was a little bit on the cold site but it was May so I understand.

We are here at the moment and it disagree with all the bad reviews I've read. The staff are brilliant and couldn't be better. The room is basic but clean. The food is excellent. Over all I would say don't listen to the bad reviews. It's an excellent hotel and we're having a brilliant time. Would come back again and recommend it 100%

Don't take any notice of uncomplimentary reviews go there and judge for yourself.

I cannot believe anyone saying that the place could be cleaner. It was spotless. The housekeeping in the room itself was first class and there was one lad who did nothing but continually going around tidying and cleaning the pools and common areas all day long.

As for the staff, I am a seasoned traveller, lucky enough to be able to take several holidays each year and I have never come across more friendly, cheerful and helpful staff ANYWHERE.

From Nirvana and Mahmut on Reception to Yussuf and his team in the bars and restaurants, everyone was unfailingly polite and helpful.

As for the food, well it was Turkish in style and presentation. You're in Turkey so what do you expect, roast beef and bangers and mash ! The food was excellent, beautifully presented and skilfully prepared by talented chefs. The vast variety of salads was simply amazing and both meat eaters and vegetarians were well catered for.

The wines, red white and rose are of excellent quality and the beer is Tuborg . Its a 100% malt lager and not to everyone's taste but I saw enough of it being drunk to suggest that it was not a problem!

The entertainment itself was low key and this suited us and again the entertainment team were really friendly.

Bitez itself is pleasant enough for a stroll although the beach in places is only a few yards wide and in my opinion the better option is the hotel's four swimming pools set in beautifully manicured gardens decked with colourful flowers and shrubs.Ample sunbeds and when they appeared to run out, you just had to ask and some more were brought out.

Anyone complaining about this hotel would probably complain about winning the lottery !

Wonderful holiday. Well done Bitez Garden Life ! Hope to see you again one day.

my family and i stayed here in August 2013, kids aged 10, 14. Alinclusive
we had a ground floor room that was a good size, we had a proper double bed that was very comfy bedroom was small but we only slept in there and it was very dark cos of lots of blinds on the window which we didnt touch! the kids both slept in the living room part one on a bed and other on a sofa bed and both were very comfy. both rooms had air conditioning which is needed, shower room was a good size and well laid out...we had a small terrace only 2 chairs could fit on it......so no room for all of us out there so it did need to be bigger. room was cleaned every day but sunday and towels changed when we left them on the floor but we only got small towels in return! and they never give us enough loo roll!!

garden life has 4 pools 2 lively ones and 2 quiet ones, our room was by one of the quiet pools so we manly used that one, it was by the une carte restaurant, by quiet they mean no music not no noise, yes people did put towels on beds very early by all pools and some time didnt turn up but what can you do!! around the pools where clean but they could of done better!! tables were always sticky and as we sat by the place most days we could tell that they had not been washed from the day before (lucky we bought cleaning wipes with us!!) they always cleaned the floor around the pool just not the tables!!

lets get to the food! OMG it was bad!!
we stayed for two weeks and wished we had taken more money to eat out more....breakfast was fine different eggs each morning and with lots of other different things, we ate mostly from the bar at lunch time which was fine pizza and burger and chips (yes it was the same everyday but better than what was served at the restaurant!!) the only place to eat in the evening was the restaurant or une carte restaurantand it was bad and it was the same most days, there was a Turkish night and i would say avoid this if you can as i had food poisoning from a chicken kebab! we didnt eat at the une carte restaurant as i was to ill but was told it was the same food just served to you!!

Staff were every nice and friendly and always helpful, drinks were fine, lager was crap but done the job and same with the spirits!! there are a lot of cats but that didnt bother us as they didnt get in our way but they do try to get in the room so watch!!

we used the spar and it was an ok price and yes we did feel a little pushed it to it by the short fat man but we wanted a turkish bath and it was easier to have it there because of the kids, they did offer it free for both the kids but they didnt want it! it was very good and worth the money so cant say anything bad about it and if you have it the first day the short fat man will leave you alone!

bitez is a small area and a little on the quiet side but there are enough places to eat and drink, yes the sun beds are free on the beach but they want you to eat and drink there all day so it can work out a lot, the sea is very nice just make sure where you sit has plenty of shade

i wouldnt go back as i was very ill but other than that we had a good holiday

Dear Guest,

first of all we thank you for your review and your time to share your experience with us.

We place the utmost consideration on our guest's health and safety, including all stages of food delivery to the hotel, up until the serving of the food on your plate. Our hotel complies with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point ) and is regularly surveyed by the local authorities. We meet the most severe international food hygiene standards at all times. In addition, food samples are constantly sent to an external laboratory for analysis.

Food poisoning is normally identified when several consumers of the same food preparation present similar symptoms concurrently. Since the opening of the hotel, we have never experienced such an incident.

We look forward to another chance to demonstrate how much we care.

Warm regards

Nirvana Bali
