Just returned from a really wonderful holiday at Queens Apartment in Bitez (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH QUEENS APARTMENT BODRUM!) We arrived into Bodrum on a late flight and took a private transfer from the airport. When we arrived we were welcomed by Saffet who arranged for our bags to be taken to our apartment and offered refreshments. From that moment on we really couldn't have wished for more! The apartment was immaculately clean and reasonably well equipped although we never made much more than a cup of tea as eating out was varied and inexpensive. The restuarant at Queen Apartment is lovely and we ate there four times during our stay! The swimming pool and poolside bar were really comfortable with loungers and parasols and an amazing view across the bay with mountain backdrop. Drinks and poolside snacks were available all day and were reasonably priced. The apartments are located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the sea front where there's an assortment of restaurants and shops. It's also possible to book a variety of tours along the sea front which take you to markets, boat trips, Turkish Baths and to areas further afield. The most memorable part of our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of Saff and Ann, the owners of the hotel and their four girls. This is a family run business and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble! THANK YOU SAFF AND ANN!

Apartments in good location close enough to bitez beach and with lovely views over the bay and surrounding hills ,a short walk down the hill brings you to the beach where a right turn takes you to a stretch of bars looking out to the bay some with entertainment,or a left turn will brings you past the moored gullets a type of turkish schooner used for tourist trips around the peninsula (bring plenty of Sun cream,a hat and something to cover up shoulders etc if taking one of these trips in mid summer) this route also takes you on a long walk of the peninsula to bodrum although we didn't risk it in the heat of July! The apartments themselves are clean and we'll maintained by the ever industrious Angela ( big thanks to you for all your help) Ann, Saff, and their girls always helpful and the waiting staff attentive and efficient, good range of food available in the restaurant at very reasonable prices ,pool very clean with plenty of loungers although a few more robust Sun shades wouldn't go amiss, also Wi-Fi is patchy throughout the complex so check before paying for this as you may only be able to pick it up at the pool area or in our case the corner of our balcony but hey you can always delete stupid emails when you get back home ! All in all a great relaxing place to spend a week or two in the Agean sunshine, thanks all

Just been to Bitez for two weeks staying at the Queen Apartments. It was home from home. Been everywhere in Turkey never felt more welcome. Ann and Saffet were brilliant- couldn't do enough for us. Water was really hot, food was brilliant, never ate anywhere else. Apartments spotless, great staff, very friendly, going home now but already planning our return trip definitely in September.

All the reviews are soo true, the location is great with fab views over Bitez, easy access to the dolmus to Bodrum and Gumbet. Hill from Bitez slopes gradually up to the apartment but take it slow and its no problem. Lovely restuarants in Bitez as well as great food at the aprtments. What really makes this a great place is Ann and Saaf, and all the staff. Welcoming, accommodating and such fun.I'd left my hair straightners at home ,Ann offered to get replacements when she went to the supermarket, their daughters had a birthday party while we were there,we all got cake, Saaf is such a genial hosts and really cheeky with it, but that's what makes the place. Everyone and I do mean everyone tries to ensure you have the bestest of times. We meet some great people while we where there and hope to develop these friendships. Will definatley go back. Loved it loved it.

2 weeks in June 2013. Super holiday. Queen Apart was great. Basic room and facilities but more than adequate for our needs. Ann will give you anything extra you might need (within reason). Super staff and great owners all of who go out of their way to make your stay a really holiday. Ann is lovely and just so helpful, so reassuring. We only ate in their resturant (alternate nights) the food was really good and such great value too.
If you travel with Cosmos - then beware of the airport transfer, it is absolutely the worst that I have ever come across. Ever, ever, ever!!!

Me and my husband stayed at the Queen Apartments in June/July for two weeks, this was our first time to Bitez. We arrived late night, we were made to feel very welcome and were shown to our apartment which was located on the same level as the reception. The apartment was clean and spacious with a separate bedroom, good sized bathroom and kitchen facilities. The living area had two sofa beds, table and chairs and TV. It had a very good size balcony with table and chairs and a clothes airer and a lovely view down to Bitez and the sea.
We purchased the air conditioning and safe for two weeks which was reasonably priced at around £90.00.
Ann and Saffet the owners of the apartments were very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay as did there daughters and everyone else that worked there. We arrived quite late at night and were still able to get something to eat and drink.
The pool was a decent size and a good thing was that no one reserved sun beds. We ate lunch most days at the apartments which was reasonably priced and very nice.
The views from the pool and the apartments were amazing and you could watch the sunset from the bar every evening.
There was a good mixture of age groups staying at the apartments, me and my husband are in our late twenties and enjoyed sitting at the bar after we had been out for a meal to chat and have drinks with the other guests and staff.
There is a small shop on site where you can get all your essentials such as bread, milk, water, eggs etc.
The apartments are located up the hill from Bitez Beach, we didn't mind this but avoid mid afternoon went it does get a bit hot walking back up.
Bitez is a lovely little resort with restaurants and a few bars located along the sea front, there are regular boat trips and different excursions to do. You can get the Dolums just up the hill from the apartments to both Gumbet and Bodrum for three Lira per person.
All in all we had a fantastic holiday, staying at these apartments made our holiday and we would definitely like to stay here again in the near future.
